This List contains genuine mixers. The order in which they are listed does not matter. Just go through the list and check their fees and ANN threads to read about different reviews from members before you can use the service

Well, this whole thing sucks.  While their last forum activity was on November 12,  it's unclear if they even saw your first message. However, I think it is important to point out that they seem unresponsive across all communication channels. I mean, we have no clue what's actually going on there.

Unfortunately, we can't really do anything else right now. Obviously, the best thing is to caution community and to let everyone know what's happening so they're careful if they use their services until we hear something from their side!

Hopefully CryptoMixer will get back to us soon so we can get this fixed.

This is weird because I just sent them a message through my Gmail, and it has gone through with no error, Maybe there is some problem with ProtonMail. Anyway, I have told them to come to this thread as soon as possible and respond to the issue when they see my email

Yeah, sometimes they take too long to respond, but when OP is online he tries to resolve the issues that arise. Try sending him a private message [banned mixer] if you haven't done it yet

They will send you back your Bitcoins if the transaction ever gets confirmed and the mixing window has elapsed.
