Where are you from ? It's easy to avoid custom in EU. Can you please elaborate " It's easy to avoid custom in EU. " - How did you do that? With ordering from Bitmain or ordering from some Friend that made miners look "faulty-used" so they marked it down as "used" ?

The latest batch sale appears to be only payable in BCC. I suspect BCC will expect a small hype soon.

i have a kind off topic question
does anyone knows, or better bitmain's forum account to reply, if bitmain accepts local pick up from any place, warehouse or something like that, in China? a friend of mine is traveling in some cities in China and i am interesting for a single piece, so it would be carried easily back home
taxes and customs are increasing the price as hell

I don't think that this can be possible

They are efing braindead... Policy goes like this ... Value of your product + shipment == Total value + 10%(of Total value) ... And and again 20% on top of all of that... If i order D3+150$+ PSU 150$ shipment that would be 1800+ 10% = 1980+ 20%(396$) = 2376$ ... In the end i pay total Custom Tax of 576$ this is freaking insane

I'm considering starting mining for the first time and it looks like Antminer S9 is the way to go in that price range (other suggestions in $1000-$5000 range is welcome. $0.08 per kWh).
Is it safe to buy from Bitmain? If I pay for an order now, am I sure to get one from the november batch? Or am I risking that they suddenly are out of stock even after I pay?
I don't feel so good about paying so far in advance, with a currency that is charged immediately with no refund possibilities.
What do you think? Should I go for it?

They're flaky, take long to mine with the machines you've paid for actually deliver, but that's what you know beforehand. Although we can have a long discussion about the business ethics of Bitmain, their machines are relatively stable and therefor get sold. A lot.
