hi guys,
after a little fear yesterday due to a fan that stoped working after a reboot, I wonder if some parts are " necessary" to have in stock when you have few S9. ( I have mine since only 2 month )
Like one fan or two, a control board, a spare psu ?

I personally keep fans and PSUs for both my GPU rig and the few Antminers I still run at home. I seldom see true controller board errors and I've never had to swap one out on any Antminer before. Most of the time issues lie in fans and PSUs, and an error in these can be quite costly. |

Just had a power outage... and my miner won't turn back on.... when I plug it in, all that happens is the little fan of the psu turns on and that's it? I have 2 antmimer A3, and they both don't work after the outage, same thing with both psu's, any idea guys?

I will be the one to offer my comment to your virgin post  Have you tried swapping the 2 PSU between the 2 miners? If miners still cannot work, probably the power surge had already damaged your hash boards. If so, not sure if it is covered in Bitmain's warranty. Try asking around some more, I think there might be someone here who can do repairs, if Bitmain's warranty don't cover power outage. Good luck! |

my order of 1xS9 from Bitmain has arrived in SG custom, since the 8th of March.
But the UPS tracking show that it is being held at SG custom, thats 8th, 9th, 10th, and today, total 4 days already.
Has anyone here has experience this when you recvd your miner?
Can advise whats the next course of action I can take, to expedite this process?
FYI, I've already called UPS and they said cannot advise why, and how. I'm like WTF... Huh
I am surprised this occurs. Has UPS solved it yet? Have you paid your VAT? That might be the issue. |
Selling 100 dollar coupons (8units expire 11th June, 14 units expire 1st july) and 125 dollar coupon (2 unit exp 30th June). Selling at 20% of value

With the current prices of these miners and the coupons going round definately looking to buy some more, current ROI means nothing, got to think about the price rises of mined crypto in the long run!

Does anyone know how the coupons were distributed (in terms of what amount is given)? I've seen posts everywhere about Bitmain coupons of varying discounts, but I'm personally curious as to what sort of purchase from Bitmain would warrant a $400 coupon compared to a $100 coupon. Haven't seen anything about that in my browsing recently.
