Panic selling is just for inexperience holder of the bitcoin because if you are have enough knowledge you will not do a panic selling.

I am one of those inexperience holders that started to panic when I'm seeing the price of bitcoin to fall but I learned from my mistake and started to focus with the charts. And right now, I strongly believe that the price of bitcoin is going to become higher and I don't need to panic right now, the market of btc is strong.

Yes, to make good money using bitcoin you need to get a lot of patience, because emotions can only be lost.

I don't think so, The patience will be usefull for the long-term investment or trade. If you try to short and it will be useless. In these days a lot of the panic selling was hurting the price of coin caused by the bullish of bitcoin.

Correct panic selling is not good for the investor, doing short term investment in bitcoin is not good for an investor because Value of bitcoin is volatile its hard to predict when it will rising or dump.
But panic selling is good for the bitcoin it self and there is also benefits for those users who keep their bitcoin for a long term.

correct mate. panic selling will do you nothing. you may get profitbut it is still good to mmake more profit if you will hold bitcoin in a long term. and not sell it just because you think you have enough profit. do it with alts but not in bitcoin. bitcoin is intended for long term investment. so hold and triple or quadruple your profit.

I think not always panic selling gives a bad effect. When you've gotten lucky maybe panic selling will help. Because not always the price will continue to rise?

Panic selling would give bad effect to the user itself who sell his coins not on the right time and the one would really benefits is those person who do wait for the price to decrease after panic selling. This ting do normally happens specially to those newbies who don't like to lose money that's why they decide to cut loses when price tends to decrease believing that it would lose soo much more money.

People panic sells if they see the price is going down. But the current trend is bullish, meaning its going up. So we don't need to do a panic selling. Panic selling occurs when people tend to sell a lot of bitcoin making the price diving. But I think bitcoin holders are now mature and will not panic sell because we have Japan now pushing the price to a new heights.

What do you mean about panic buying? My thought if they are trying to follow the bullish trend of bitcoin and don't want to missing it. This is the best moment of bitcoin to get a lot of the demand to make the price of bitcoin is increase. It's FOMO and not panic buying.

There is really no panic buying that is happening right now if it is then the price of Bitcoin would exceed 2000$ right now. What is happening is there is an upward pressure happening as there is a lot of buyers but a few sellers in which the buyers are force to buy at a higher price. What they don't know is there will be a big sell off at the end of the trade, we need to prepare ourselves when that day happen. Bitcoin's price is easily manipulated this days as demand is also playing a big role.

I do weekly and monthly analysis to deal with this case, I don't really think about bad effects of what happened to bitcoin a few years ago, if bitcoin prices fall in just over a week I remain calm and optimistic prices will rise again, And let's say bitcoin conditions continue to decline more than 3 months then I would also be panicked and start thinking about minimizing losses.

Thats good ,because most of the time many new bitcoins holders especially the ones who are greedy to have a profit is the one who losses of panic buying or selling like this time big price upward or downward occurs.

Looking at Preev and Coinbase the price of Bitcoin is dropping every 10 minutes, I arrived in my office and it's priced at $1,820 USD and now looking at Preev price dropped to $1,791 USD. This drop of price may have something to do with the coming weekend because usually price drops on a weekend but this one is quite early to say its because of the weekend trading.

This is just a normal movement of bitcoin's price, remember when the price before entering the $1,500 mark. The rally was the same with current's price, it had a hard time before reaching at $1,500 and the tally of it's increase is not that rapid but after reaching the $1,500 mark, it was the start of the price to increase up to $1,800.

I'm damn sure that today large number of users might have sold their bitcoins on panic as the price fell little from the top. This is just because of the fear of missing, the users who understood the reality could have bought more and profited as the drop have got retained soon after the price fall.
