If you try with 100% confidence and you must stick with your decision, then nothing is impossible. You can easily stop gambling. But here we need more dedication and hard work. I agree it's not easy to give up gambling but if you have self-confidence and you can able to control your mind. It will take some time, but one fine day you will stop gambling completely.

Giving up in gambling is not easy, but doable. If it is still said to be a difficult thing to do, it means they can do. There can not be performed if it has been virtually impossible. You can stop if you already intend heart, and you already have a plan other things you can do to fill the time you gamble. And the most important is the discipline, the discipline not to gamble anymore.

Though it's hard but since it has already ruin your life, you have no choice but to give up and accept the reality that whatever your loses you will not be able to get it back. I guess that would be justifiable and acceptable to stop, than still staying and lose more than what we cannot afford.

Its better to Stop now until you have change to stop playing gambling , It can be worst if you still continue playing gambling and still continue to recover the loses that you get.  Try to focus in other things , It can help you stop playing gambling. It is possible to an addict to stop playing gambling.

I guess that what all addicted wants, but they simply cannot do it easily. With yourself alone, you will not be able to do it since you can easily be tempted again. Depends on how serious the problem is, if that is too serious, you need to be helped either by your family or a professional. There is a healing process on that kind of disease, therefore you should submit yourself for a change you are longing.

I don’t get you guys, I invested some small amount (the ones you make from signature campaigns and all) into gambling, I gambled my way to several hundred dollars, withdraw it and paid my rent and never gambled again, I can if I want to but I couldn’t find a game that I liked so far but starting and stopping whenever you want shouldn’t be a big issue if we take gambling as lighter one.

You are right. well now we could say to him that stop playing because you are already addicted but he/she wont listen with just that words youve said it really requires emotion sort of one of your family member saying that or making effort to stop it or your love ones that will stop you in playing in that because the only way is to set your mind on other things

Well a person will not be aware if he is starting to be addicted eventually he is in denial stage that he is not addicted ,i dont know why that things happens it becomes a hobby of a person that is addicted in gambling . I know this condition been there, every time we keep on saying it's the last time and it's never the last time. Either we win or Loose we can't just stop it can we. So I did try a experiment on the my friend and would say you can try it to. First of all make a budget of your gambling, how much do you want to gamble, then how much can you afford to loose. What is your break even point going to be. How much profit are you looking at. Once your finances are clear, you can make a safe choice. I would tell you don't stop gambling, trust me it won't help. Keep a budget like I told you and play once in a while, and over a period of time try to get into other things. Phase yourself out.
