It is really an easy thing, but if you are willing and have the sense of giving up gambling and totally your are going to quit. Then that is going to be an easy thing. You just need to have some other things to put your time to, like building up your own shape. Going to a gym did helped me to give up gambling and I'm using my money for gambling in membership gym fees.

It's an easy thing for you to say. Gambling addiction is not something that you can 'easily' do. You did quit gambling, yes. But I don't think that you reached the level of addiction other gamblers have. Imagine wanting to do gambling every second of your life. While you're at work or at school, you badly want to go home so you can gamble. You'll literally live your life just for the sake of gambling and going to sleep would be a really hard thing to do.

Quitting gambling is not easy and I think those people that are claiming that they quit gambling by 'doing this and that' aren't an actual gambling addict. They are those people that plays gambling and tell people "Wow, I'm so addicted to this. I've been playing for like 25 minutes." That is not addiction at all.

I don't agree that it's that easy. It's the same when you're addicted to other vices like smoking or being alcoholic. It takes time and effort when you're trying to stop your addiction to something, it needs help from people around you and it needs dedication from the person who wants to quit

Trading may be an alternative to gambling addiction because with trading tension you will get chances to forget about your gambling. But I'm not sure trading will entertain yourself as great as to gambling. The fact that people here are associating trading already with gambling is a sign to me that you should not start trading if you try to quit gambling.

If it is too close to the thing you are addicted too, it will likely cause you to relapse and start gambling again.

Also, working for a casino when you try to quit doesn't sound like the wisest move to me..

You make yourselves to be addicted again when you work for the casino as that will temp you again when you are in the same business working. Right, it is really not easy to give up, socially for addicted person. I know that i am not addicted person but instead of it i never accept my lose. And in this way, i was doing more bets to recover our lose, Than i realized it was more bad way, better is that accept our lose, and don't play again and again to recording lose, Just quit it on the time. Next day, play it with a new hope and forget the past.
