Yah, giviing up to gambling is not that easy to do, it takes months to do that in my part, especially when you enjoyed betting and you earned good money onn that.

The same thing with me, I wasn't able to give up for a few days or weeks. It really takes time and if you are serious about it, that will depend on your willing power. But it's only going to be possible to know that you can give up gambling for a couple of months and that is like sacrificing everything when you are ready to give up gambling.

I guess it's alright to return in gambling if you feel the second time around you are gonna do it right, gambling is not the big problem why we quit, it is the addiction within that makes us do it. Without the addiction, gambling would be real fun in the second time around.

You have to ensure that you have change already, otherwise, you will still end up with the same experience you had in the past. When money is the key to gamble, you need to be very careful with it, even if you are very rich but without the discipline needed in gambling, you will just likely to lose your wealth. The risk is very big, and it could make a person to go bankrupt and might end up living in the street.

If I am in that situation, I would not gamble again because the temptation is always there, it's hard to mature in gambling once you experienced a serious addiction in the past.

Yeah im agree with it.If you feel that you have a gambling addiction symptoms just stop for a while.The biggest problem in gambling is addicted on it so just be careful and be responsible in gambling.

If you can't restrain yourself, one day you'll realize that you need to quit and give up that addiction. It's the same thing with addiction in drugs, think of those people that quit after for so long years, they regret that they didn't quit to gamble. And that's why as early as you can, just control yourself so that you can't end up for having the same with them.

very easy to say but difficult to apply. every one know that it is too much easy to give up gambling but when he apply it practically then he find it very hard to stop gambling. after every lose they think that they can return their money and after every gain the thing that they can make more money if they will continue it. so in both cases he find it hard to stop gambling.

yes you are right people often involve in gambling because of bad friends and when they stay away from these friends then they will also stay away from gambling. But when they go to these friends again then they will go for gambling again as they will once again convince him to gamble. So if a person will like to stop gambling then he will also need to boycott from those friends who are found in bad company.

well that's another way to look at it. Peer pressure is a very potent way to get you back to gambling or other vices. i think it would be wise that if we're trying to veer away from gambling that we try to avoid as much as possible the people that can influence us to go back to it. i mean, your friends would know if gambling has a negative effect on you and i think they should have a sense of responsibility to have you avoid gambling if it's not doing you any good

But their excuse for these would be "why would we do gaming?, you can't earn money on games, well, if you are a pro, you can, but if not, so why gaming?" something like this for sure. The thing is you know you should cash out but you always want just that little bit more and then u lose the whole lot. I'm stupid and greedy. Right after I lost i put more in and doubled it then I went all in and lost it. So yes u can make a killing gambling with such a small about like a few dollars but then u lose all u make and waste a lot of time and energy and end up getting upset. Also i shake like mad when I gamble and I hate that. I tremble. When I lose I can't believe what the screen is telling me.

So any thoughts ? Ways to stop ? Ways to gamble with play money ? Maybe there are dust ga!going casinoes I can use? U know just for fun and for the fix.

True, I agreed with you to that matter. My only tips of advice that I can give is, why not stop doing it. Besides you know to yourself its not really good even it is just for fun, If you don't like to loss your money in gambling well don't play in there, just as simple as that.

It's always going to be hard if something that you like or love is ending. It's been like that for forever. It's like breaking up with someone you love and probably something that you really like and destroyed it. Better look at it with a different perspective to see if it's destroying you or not. It's actually a process and should be done in a continuous way, if you heard of a drug rehabilitation center, their job is to here the drug dependent and a drug addict should stay in the play for a certain period of time. But most of the time, if a gambler is from a poor family, their family members are even supporting them in their gambling habit and hoping that they will win so they could have food to eat in the table. When he fails to win, well, all of them suffers and no food to eat for the day. The sad part of being a gambler is not having money to support your family and being an irresponsible parent to your son or daughter.
