Yeah it not really about the results in the first place. If you enjoy gambling because of how it makes you feel then good for you as winning would only come as a bonus.

I definitely gamble for fun. You simply cannot gamble for profit in the long run.... In the long run you'd always lose if you try to gamble for profit. That's why the house edge is there - it's to ensure that statistically only the house is able to win in the long run. You simply cannot cheat chance. but if you really play gambling for fun then why you not engage yourself in some other activities where you can get fun without risk of loosing money, as there is always risk of loosing money in gambling.

Yes, gambling only for the reason of fun is completely meaningless in my opinion too, as there are a lot of other opportunities and entertainments are available to have fun without spending too much which is usually required for gambling. People are saying that they are gambling only for fun still they are having intentions to gain profits from gambling.

My main reason is to get both thing at the same time from gambling. I am not that rich to through hard earned money for fun because I can not afford to loose. I try to convert this fun into profit that's why I place very choose bets with really highly increased chances to be winning at the end though always doesn't happen.

Well not everyone as I wrote earlier, perhaps many of the majority of gambling players who have fun while making a huge profit. however, I write like this based on my experience. Well, I always lose in gambling, however, I still play it because I feel it's fun

I play mostly for the fun I get out of it obviously if a get a profit on top of it I'm not going to refuse it but playing a game like poker where you need to figure out, what kind of cards your opponent is holding is very intriguing to me.

I agree that most people that do gambling is for profit. They think it is a ticket for them for getting rich. They don't matter how much they lose, they only think about winning the jackpot or a big amount. But that only happens in one in a million of people. If you want to be rich or successful you must work hard to obtain it not rely on gambling.

I kind of disagree with you here though dude. When you say that you're gambling for profit, you're in a way expecting to have a return of investment or to earn from your capital. Which most of the time is not the case when you're putting your money in things that are based mostly on luck and chances. Saying that you're gambling for profit and then playing with money that you're ok with losing doesn't pretty much sit well with each other.

I gamble only for fun. I do purely for entertainment on myself when i feel boring. I don't expect a return of the bet that i gamble. If i lose then i just laugh at it and if i win, i'm thankful for it. Gambling is not intended for profit to people. But most people think it is.

some time ago i was gambling only for profit for a while and after some time i finally came to a conclusion that it is not possible to make any profit out of gambling or at least this is what my experience with gambling told  me. so now i am rarely gambling and if i do i do it for fun.

You are lucky person who turned 0.02 into 0.25 even got loan to place bet there, so that we can say this is showing sign of addiction, even you are lucky that is really dangerous thing to play with owed money.

Indeed it was to risky for me back then but i just got lucky on that event and i would say that it is not necessary to get addicted on gambling coz i just control it that time and after that I just paid my debt and got shopping with my winnings haha.nice experience for me.

I think it is a bet safe that currently I gamble responsibly and for entertainment purposes but of course we gamble with the intentions of winning our bets. Also I think it helped solved my gambling addiction before when I started investing to some good reliable casinos. Very lucky guy, usually I just do gamble for profit but when the time of losing streak comes to me my reasoning is changing.

I keep tending to say, that I am just gambling for fun because I don't care whether I lose or win as long as I am having fun.

But in reality, that is a butthurt that I do gamble for both reasons.
