Yes the media is our tool to convey something freely and with the media we can get help to communicate to the public at large or important people in the country.

No media is independant, they probably all have agendas and write about subjects they have an interest about. If you get information on many medias you'll get a more accurate picture of the truth. (interests cancel between each other  )

Everyone's got their agenda, from the glitziest news titan to psychos blogging from RVs. They're all shit and unless you were there for what they were talking about then I've no interest in what they have to say.

One 'unbiased' news outlet I used to occasionally peruse slowly became so infested with anti semitism that it became totally worthless. I find it amusing that people quote places like Zero Hedge thinking they're somehow stepping out of media zombieland when they're no different from anywhere else.

may be media is free in some area and not be independent. but i am sure that in my area media is totally dependent and not free. i am telling it because i have a personal experience of that. once a media DLSR vain was reporting about a political leader. they wants to get the views of the people. at that time the president was accused in some issues. but still he had very solid and good decision. every one was against him, at the mean the reporter cam to me and asked about the president, i told him that it is a fact that he has done a mistake as people think. but still he has also take very good decision in the favour of the state. the reporter just stop and went away on next day they shows all the interviews which were against the president and did not show those which were in his favour.

Like others said every news media has its bias. Doesn't matter if on the left or right. Small blogs or big groups. And that shows in the context they give to the stories. And in what stories they choose to run. Some at least are honest about it. So people should get their news from many different places. Not just their favorite channel or site.

Nope, I don't believe half of whatever they publish. Some of them get paid to publish part of stories and let the other half of story to remain secret while some others just make up stuff to present something so when it comes at the end of the day, they were the first to publish it.

I almost certainly convinced that there is no independent media and truthful news. But that doesn't mean that we should stay away from the news. More likely that we should estimate every media and news on the subject of independence and truth despite the fact that complete truth and independence as well as their opposites are impossible.

There are times that some of them are paid to write and cover an event.  some news if not most are exaggerated as they may. 
So I always see the news with a businessman's perspective. Wit hit, it give me the idea as to what could be happening in the background.

The medias are completely money-minded as they would only publish the news that worth them more money whether the news is accurate and precise or not. However the medias are often interested in making news that may be extraordinary which may draw attentions of their viewers/readers.
