In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

Development Roadmap V1 - is being released

Good God! exciting things happening. Very exciting to read. Presumably that is not a linear road map? My impression was that the combined vericoin/verium wallet was relatively soon. Or am I confusing that with simply the updated mining algorithms for solo mining in verium wallet? Regardless. Those are certainly interesting goals. With all those features implemented I would say mass market adoption would be swift and profound.

Our ultimate goal is mass adoption, an easy to use platform that even your 90 year old grandpa could use. We are currently heading towards the combined Gemini wallet. The next Verium wallet update is to take us to the point of the Binary-Chain (AUXPow). This will benefit VeriCoin by increased blocktime speed, scaling and transaction speeds. The VeriCoin wallet will be update shortly after with optimized code that will reduce over resource consumption by over 60%, which is a huge decrease. Alot of our users already run the Verium and VeriCoin wallets at the same time with no problems. So the Gemini wallet won't be far off. The app code that will run on top of the VeriCoin chain will be ready before the Gemini wallet is released.

We will be submitting our prototype iOS app to the app store shortly...FYI

Development Roadmap V1 - Released

Could use an editor, but overall I like it!

The only thing I don't like so much is this for Verium (besides the fact it should be "than VeriCoin"):

Quote
At least 10x more costly to send then VeriCoin

Is there a game-theory/economic reason that this 10x fee must be the case? What would happen if we let the market decide the relative cost to send VRM vs. VRC? I'd like it if at least in the wallet we can set the fee to what we want. I've seen people before say that the fee drops for small VRM payments, but I'm waiting to hear someone try, because in my windows wallet the fee  appears to remain 0.2 VRM for any payment.

Yes we caught the "then" that should of been "than" but it was to late as we had already pushed it out. We have an updated version that we will push to the link Cool

I will get someone smarter then me to explain the economics behind the fee Kiss

For most transactions the fee will be 0.2 VRM because it's a per kilobyte fee structure. The reasons for fee structure are as follows, and possible because of the Dual Blockchain system where Verium does not need to be a great currency.

-Inflation can get very low, very fast, because after a couple years with increased user growth, mining can be almost entirely fee based rewards. So no need to continue to inflate for decades to pay for security.

-As the reward drops more over time, pool mining becomes less and less practical because a greater fraction of your earnings will be lost in a pool withdrawal transaction fee. Additionally you will have to wait longer to perform a withdrawal when your earnings are significantly over fee. This may make most miners prefer solomining because the profit margins will be considerably better.

So in short this fee structure should help to increase value and decentralization to new levels.
