I am useing this miner:

I have added download traffic to the download, so no need for waiting or captchas or anyhting.
On the package there is a "start.bat" -> just change port, username an password and you are fine Smiley

anyone know how often payouts occur on vrm.cpuminers.com? I haven't had a payout yet even though I've been mining there for 2 days 1000+h/s. There doesn't seem to be any account login on the website...

10 VRM autopayout.

Thanks! Is there anyway to see how many VRM are currently in my account? I can seem to find those details on the site.

Back to solo mining for me.  Return from the pool is now too low due to a couple of big monster pool munchers lol  Surely they should be solo mining.  Maybe a cap on the share percentage should be imposed to dissuade botnets, et al ?

if not for the monster miners also went out happy. At the moment when also running to the solo.

I still think that these are gpu, or botnet...  Sad

When the diff is a chance to block solo, above 1000kh/ m I will return to the mines

Well this algo is using cca 400Mb RAM per thread, so gpu mine is not that efficient in this case,
but it would be nice to see 800, or maybe 1600MB per thread. You will get rid of bots
for sure, surely not all, but most. Same case with zcash, they stated, if 1GB will not going to be enough,
they can go to 2GB.

this VRM is sucking so much. Yesterday my wallet was up to date, today it is searching for 3590 blocks!!!!! No pool mining possible, VRM price touched the 6000 sats yesterday, there´s nothing possible to see in a long way. i know a lot of you will now come and say i have no patience but this coin comes way too early...

You would better leave with this attitude...

@testbug: can i use for payout also a exchange wallet adress from Bittrex?

you can use any valid address for payout.

Yes, even exchange address should be working: because minimum payout amount is 10VRM and the pools wallet is paying fees like every other "normal" wallet too.

....
Why not just force everyone onto VarDiff?

Because i have encountered the following problem:
Vardiff is readjusting every 90s difficulty with a factor 30% up or down. If the pool is running under very high CPU load, some of the shares are getting rejected. This is bad vor vardiff because the proxy is thinkin that the user is actually mining slower. Then he will readjust difficulty, decreasing it by 30%. Then CPU load is going down again, more shares are submitted because of lower difficulty --> share rate going up again. This is creating a part of high CPU load on the server. Also sometimes the difficulty went to slow and i saw, shares getting rejected because submitted shares are too small.

We will see how difficulty adjustments will go with new settings, after yesterdays changes the cpu load decreased in a factor by 3 with same hashing rate on it, but today much more hashrate and again high cpuload due to too many shares submitted.
Also some ppl messaged me that they need/want static difficulties too. I might implement some different vardiff ports in the near future for small / mid / big miners.
I hope you understand what i tryed to say Wink

***edit 07:05:58 PM*** poolinat0r.com - VRM pool
Changes on difficulty ports have been made. I am monitoring CPU load over the next hour, if i see improvement it's good if not i might readjust difficulty once more this evening. The next change would happen on 9:00pm forum time.

I think I get it. I've set my miners to fixed diff for now. Cheers

Ok good Smiley

I will have one more adjustment on the vardiff port for today, other ports/difficulties stay untouched:

This change will hopefully bring the final adjustment for cpu load Smiley

I also fixed on MPOS:
- Personal and Poolhashrate in h/m
- Networkspeed displayed on MPOS is the untouched hashrate of the pool in kh/s. This isn't showing actuall network speed yet, because VRM is useing some different commands. This will need some adjustments Wink
- fixed getting started page and included cpuminer-opt and ocminer/cpuminer-verium
