How about we switch the VRM mining algorithm to the Zcash algo? Then we'd have the best of an open ledger and complete anonymity in one ecosystem. There is 1 BTC holding this thing up on Bittrex -- time for a change  . |

monsanto so go to zcash good luck I can't, all my funds are sunk in vrm  . Anyway, I want vrm to be successful. I just think it needs something more besides marketing. Some extra feature or app or reason to use it. Maybe they could use a variant of the zcash algo. I mean, it can't get much worse than 1 BTC on the buy side of the orderbook. Only delisting would be worse. |

VRM is gonna get delisted soon there's NO volume NONE. What is it's purpose?? Tied to VRC ummm when. Bag of goods sold!!right now they just collected a whole bunch of VRC for this and no results!!

no protocol changes, just big miner optimization I understand, but this is not the main problem vrm, there are no buyers. Maybe the mining inflation is too high.... |

Diff drop is only due to zcash being so profitable to mine. With standard core i5/i7 CPUs, mining zcash is currently 2 to 3 times more profitable than VRM even after the diff drop. Instead of mining VRM, it's better to mine zcash, and buy VRM with the BTC gained. It's gonna be the case as long as the diff of VRM doesn't drop enough to be as profitable to mine, or zcash supply increases substantially and the sell side is too strong for it to maintain its current absurd price. |

Hopefully the marketing campaign is going to produce some results soon, it seems the lack of interest may be the end of VRC / VRM.
