Hello all,

Newbie here.  Just joined the pool after trying to solo for a couple days and realize that i probably won't get anywhere.

So i'm able to get setup on the main pool no problem.  I tried to create an account on http://vrm2.poolinat0r.com/  for my laptop.  I never get the verification email.  Is there any issues with that today?  I tried earlier in the morning.  I checked to make sure my email is correct and also checked my spam folder as the first one that i created on the main pool did go there but nothing.

Any help is much appreciated.

thank you,

-D

No mail verification should be needed, but thanks for that. Some other people have said the same and i will have a look into the email notification settings this weekend. I will manually unlock your account so you will be able to log in anyway with in the next few minutes.

I unlocked most registrations of the last 14 days on both pools. On a password reset test i did, i received the email a few seconds later. Can you check the spam folder?

I didn't got any email Sad

I didn't get one for VRM#1 but VRM#2 let me sign up just fine, they are probably trying to spread out the hashrate so it's not all in one pool

How can one miner (VQburP5ZpueiPCwrT5HVRmtP4nmZisuUZe) manage to farm

Maybe, it just seemed so much. At certain times the adress takes 95% of all blocks.
Wouldn't that mean the pool has 63% of all the hashrate

which is probably why registration on the 1st pool is closed, forcing the new miners on to the new pool to spread out the hashrate.

I still haven't been able to figure out how to run the miner on my windows pc... it would be awesome if you could just plug the stratum info into the wallet and click start Wink

This is a precompiled miner for windows https://slack-files.com/T4U2GGTM3-F5QGJU996-c69b809b07

Right click solo.bat and click edit. Fill in the correct pool address and fill in your username, worker name and password. You can add -t (how many threads) and also change the beginning of the script to your specific CPU.

right on, thanks. it seems I need to be invited to the slack to access that file?

edit: I figured it out thanks, again

EDIT: lol thought I had it, does this look right?

cpuminer-btver1:     AMD FX -a scrypt:1048576 -o stratum+tcp://eu2.poolinat0r.com:7103 -O xxxx.xxx : xxxxx t- 7

?? do I need to run it from cmd line? or should I be able to just click the right .exe ??

YaY it's working  Cool and I'm getting better hashrate than from the wallet, I was stumped for a bit... it wouldn't let me go over "-t 2"   but I have 8 cores, so feel like I'm still missing out  Undecided so I'll play around with it more.

Thanks a bunch

it's interesting to see this miners for VRM coins . Thank you for your share.
I will try to test this miner because I have some Intel Xeon servers for hosting files.

testbug your mines are not stable, after some time windows workers stop mine (generate errors or no shares), the same problem was once on vrm1

Indeed I just woke up to find my miner had stalled our/stopped an hour or so after I turned it on.

cpu temps, hashrates seem to be good, If my hashrate went over 1000 for too long would I have gotten booted from VRM2 ?

Yes VRM2 's hash limit is 1000h/m if you are over you should move to vrm1. Testbug is doing some upgrades to the pools to make them more secure and stable.

my machine averages between 600 and 1200 so it's never over 1000 for long, I moved my hash to "7104" this morning anyway and it seems to be fine now, still on VRM2's dashboard

Hi!

I'm using http://vrm.poolinat0r.com, but I accidentally tried to use the wrong password too often. Now it says "Unable to login: Account locked. Please Check your Email for instructions to unlock."

But I didn't get any mail with instructions.

I successfully reset my password, but the account is still locked.

@vrm.poolinat0r.com admin: Can you please unlock my account (fbruckm)

Thanks
Felix

it's good news to watch on this youtube. I can understand this benefits and aim of this project in the future.
It will be great if we are keeping full development with new functions for Binary-Chain technology.
