Hello All,
using this in SMOS
-s xmr-eu1.nanopool.org:14444 -w xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.$rigName -p z -i 1000
I change intensity to improve hashrate, but how can I change the amount of gpu-threads to more than default? and what is default?
Is there a formula I should be using?
Running AMD rx470/480 and rx570/580's

Heads up, there is a serious networking issue when using SMOS on this motherboard: ASRock H110 Pro BTC+At random times this motherboard running SMOS could sabotage your entire network. It will block internet connection from all devices connected to your network until it is rebooted. We built three SMOS mining computers with this board and all 3 have experienced this issue in different network environments with Cisco, Netgear and ASUS routers on both coax cable and fiber connections. After searching online, I found other people posting the same issue. It doesn't happen real often, sometimes within 5 hours of booting up, sometimes after a week but it seems like it's inevitable and it will eventually affect your mining and your network. I haven't noticed any evidence of any permanent damage. I'm hoping for a resolution soon but until I hear of one, I plan on switching to an ASUS B250 Mining Expert, arrived today ($400 on Amazon, ouch), just in time to see the B250 go on sale on NewEgg for $199. Guess what I'll be returning. If you've experienced this issue, please consider sharing your information on ASRock's Support Page https://event.asrock.com/tsd.asp to help them determine the cause and trouble shoot. They are already tracking this issue and forwarding info to the tech team in Taiwan. Here are the replies I received: Thank you for contacting ASRock support. Please unplug the power, clear the CMOS (see below for detail). Load the BIOS setting default. This is caused by Linux OS drivers. If possible, please test with Windows 10 and LAN drivers installed. The driver can be downlaod at link below for Windows 10. http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H110%20Pro%20BTC+/index.us.asp#DownloadSo I asked if I had to use Windows with this motherboard and this was their reply: Windows 10 is not certainly required but need to check with the Linux based OS that support/built-in mainboard’s driver . |

Am i the only one having connection problems between my SMOS rigs ( different locations around 10kms away ) and simplemining.net main server? On webpage my rigs seem offline but on pools theyre online. So i cannot reset reboot them or cannot change miner settings?  |

I can't connecto to simplemining.net and I can see that I'm not the only one with this problem.
Another problem is that, after the update, in website panel the core/mem clocks shows nothing, its empty there. Anyone else with this problem?

Here the simplemining.net/account/login site gives "temporary" error any idea? TEMPORARY PROBLEM or MAINTENANCE If you see this error then there is most probably temporary connection problem with simplemining servers. Your rigs should be mining fine using last downloaded settings - please check them at pool side. Right now only dashboard is not working so changing settings and viewing status isnt working.
