I do not like my money tied up. You started taking bets 12 hours before the Davis Cup, Japan vs Colombia, tournament began. This is the problem. I placed a cancellation order, but please show a more accurate start time with future events.
We normally cannot process bet cancellations, but we will make an exception in this case, due to the misunderstanding. I sent a private message for account confirmation. If you reply we can process the cancellation. Hey, whats up with the first half lines for MLB as I commented a bit ago? All I see is full game and alt runline. |

Hi bitbookbiz,
I still cannot find the 1st half / 1st 5 innings offerings for MLB. The only two columns when I click on the MLB tab is "MLB" and "Alt Runlines". Neither have 1st half or 1st 5 innings lines. Can you please direct me to where they are so I can see the lines? Thanks.
Within the "MLB" tab the 1st half lines are listed within the pulldowns for the various options. If you're still having a problem, please send us a PM with details and we can help troubleshoot.  |

To BitBook and KingOfSports, I apologize for arousing negative emotions. KingOfSports, your comment is a bit excessive, please refrain from going over board with emotional responses, I say this because I do research my picks and "do not chase your losses" is a comment of pure hate.
My problem with you is your allegation that I was trying to bash bitbook, but I was trying to get down to the bottom of a problem. You took it too far by adding your destructive comments.

We are actually offering spreads of +0 which function like moneyline bets. You can use those to get your ML action down. |

I hope you don't mind all the suggestions, you have done an amazing job with building this up!
Many times I will Parlay a game and an over/under in that same game, but the way it is setup, you cannot do that. No big deal if not, but just a suggestion.

Hey Atomic, often books that allow this charge extra juice, to protect against correlations between 2 sides (often the underdog and the under are correlated). To keep things simple and avoid adding extra juice we have blocked these, but we can definitely explore this again in the future. Thanks! |

Well, I got smoked on the debut of live NFL betting... Brady's receivers are turrible this season.
In regard to the tennis start time delayed, I recently played a parlay involving a S Williams tennis match, and it was pushed back an entire day due to weather conditions. Delays and pushed back start times are part of betting on tennis tournaments.

Can't you add a confirmation pop-up or something, so you have to make 2 steps to make a bet. Now I have made a bet on the wrong team, which I cannot believe I did. And I surely wouldn't had confirmed it, if there was a pop-up where I would have to confirm the winning team.  |
