good news but price is still cheap , it seem that etc have no future , ETH is stronger, bigger, and mass adopted...
By mass adopted you mean that eth price only rose when all the icos started to pour in. ETH is mostly used for crowdsale contracts, remember that ICO owners are the people with most ETH imagine what happens when they all start dumping |

I think we just witnessed the rise & fall of Ethereum Classic in just two days  I was expecting more volume and a sustained price increase after the listing on Coinbase but it seems it was more of a pump & dump than anything else. |

It's funny how I sent a detailed e-mail to Coinbase back in December with all the good reasons why they should prefer listing Ethereum Classic, and now, when it's actually getting listed, I don't hold a single ETC. Right now, I'm not in a position to buy any of it due to all what I recently lost in Coinrail hack and then the liquidation at BitMex. I hope I get the time to accumulate at least some of it before it actually gets listed.
Most of you people don't seem to understand what it really means to be at Coinbase. It means a direct jump to the top ten crypto-currencies by market-cap (but that's of course if Coinbase doesn't go crazy with many more listings).

The another good news is ethereum classic ETC will be listed on coinbase, i like it.... I like it....   very good news for ETC hodlers ....this will make ETC community strong While its always nice to have new exchange, what would really drive price up would be if people start to use it as its intended to be used...as smart contracts platform. Currently, not enough ICOs and dApps on ETC compared to ETH I knew it. Sooner or later ETC will go to the moon. Its price continue fly +20% on poloniex exchange. Congratulations to all ETC supporters. Already coinbase mentioned about this news from the beginning only, about listing of ETC. Yesterday I see 20% raise in ETC price but it is not surviving yet, the price of ETC has been declined many time and we don't have much hope on the ETC price. I think the news about the adding on the coinbase platform is very amazing. This is still one of the biggest crypto exchanges, but the fees are high.

ETC is gonna be right up there when we go to the next bear run Look what happened to LTC Remember coinbase is also only 5-6 years old, expanding massively...
