Are there any steps forward in this decent project? I started my way into the crypto-world from ETC and wish a good luck to its holders. Fingers crossed!

Xmr just updated their algo to be asic proof. I can definitely see a massive spike for ETC
Why would ASICs spike or not spike ETC? The E3 has been announced and will be here soon. I would argue that ASICs would crash the price since the SUPPLY of ETC will massively increase once ASICs are online. What is the counter-argument for this rationale? |

Etc is better that etherium right now but eth has actual coins on it that make the sum total of eth better than etc
Why ETC is better than ETH at the moment? Could you explain a little bit, please. ETC has rating "B+", but ETH "B" only you all will see after 15th of April why ETC will be stronger than ETH yes, everyone is waiting for the 15th of april be patient to monitor  |

To be clear I was sure that dump will be after Calisto but now I see that this sell pressure still persists and price and BTC equivalent falls further.
Check that February 6 when major crash was ETC/BTC was 0.0023 and now we see 0.0022 and it keeps falling.
One is for sure, it is made on propose but I do not see reason for it.
Only thing what will be good is a new wallet release but in global view this release is 0 importance so why lower price so much to buy coins cheap. For what whales are preparing?

I agree with you. I also think that we see a big price jump after the end of the bear market. The bulls will come back very soon an Ethereum Classic is one of the best long term investments.

Is it going to be a difficulty decrease/increase in the near future for ethereum classic? Near future, no. But if you think even a little about mid-term or long-term, then it has mostly been increasing in all these years. Moreover, recently, the news has started to revolve around once again that Ethereum is really going to turn to Proof-of-Stake soon, which will probably double or triple the ETC's difficulty. Of course it'll have a good impact on ETC's value as well, but then again, we've been hearing it for years that ETH is turning up to PoS, but it's not happening. ETC can have an awesome future if DAO dumps all the ETC (will be bad for short-term though) and ETH turns PoS. Otherwise, it's gonna remain silent even during good pumps. |

I try to mine ETC but the price is so low right now !!! There is nothing wrong if you want to mine. Because the ETC will gradually improve its value. And you just save it Wink i mine Ethereum Classic With today price it's not worth it but i save ETC for future |
