What i like about this coin is the anti pump and dump strategy of the dev.  They are trying to cater services that will have demand for VTY not just some hype.  Another thing is that putting the next ICS sales will at least discourage people who have an intention to pump the coin and dump when they establised they acquire the goal price and dump then leave it to die when investors were drain of their its BTC.  So I see that the intention of the dev here is to slowly build the market and demand  of vty without harming investors. or at least minimize the losses of those who took interest on VTY.

I totally agree with you there have been a lot of coins here that are niche targeted but fails to delive the project or flatform that goes with their name,they are just actually pump and dump coin just hiding on a niche name to encourage people to invest but only offer nothing ..

hello dev, do you think this new coming project would be a worth to start now your signature campaign or some sort of paid promotion? I just noticed that ICS phase 1 is moving slow, I think it needs more exposure. If you are worry about the buyback wall to be affected, which we will never be sure because in every coins there are always dumpers; maybe you should give atleast sig campaign priority to high rank members. And that is also would help to see if these coin and the concepts are fully accepted from the community.
