Look at marketcap damn the same as ICO, I'm telling you it will be locked like this until dividends come.

Wanna bet that it will rise much sooner?

I say ICN marketcap will rise to top 5 when it's traded on Poloniex.

Any rational investor know that ICN belong to the top 5 atleast, the time for investors to benefit directly from companies is now, which is new to crypto apart from mining/staking you don't get anything back form these ICO people but ICONOMI is changing that you get dividends, anybody selling their tokens before the first dividend payment doesn't understand the reason he/she invested in the project. I guess this is the reason we have high amount collected from fiat investors too

It's run by some Russians I suppose and here is their picture which looks fake to me : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1556870.0
they simply took advantage from ICONOMI not being listed in other exchanges , ICNs are the only thing being exchanged in their website : https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/liqui/ I'm afraid things will go bad. I recommend everything to withdraw what they have , sooner or later ICNs will be available in other exchange so It really not worth it to put your funds at risk.

ICONOMI Devs said ICN will be listed on the biggest exchanges and they signed NDAs so they can't disclose them.

Kraken is just the first one to list ICN, Poloniex & Bittrex will soon follow.

Why would it need to have NDAs?
The rest of the coins are publicly being announce to be added on these exchanges and there are even time these exchanges are the ones that will escrow a crowdfunding. If ICONOMI can assure us it be added on polo or bittrex, this will give a better view for investors whether they give ICN a go or not.

There are probably certain conditions that must be met e.g. regulatory hoops to jump through in order for further listings to happen. While stakeholders are working on the conditions, it is pretty normal for parties to sign NDAs so that there is not huge price movements before the listings. The big exchanges would want the big volumes on their exchanges. The other issue could be the risk of insider trading. My bet would be that they are keeping things under wraps while the regulation gauntlet is being navigated. Once all the ticks are in place the other listings will follow.

I think the same, since iconomi has been added to kraken I don't get why it should not be added to poloniex Smiley (and other exchange).

Kraken does not list shitcoins.

The reason for ICN not being on Poloniex or Bittrex yet I believe is because they have signed an agreement (NDA included) where they specify certain conditions ie. specific date for launch which does not clash other important launches like ZEC. Fully functional wallet at Iconomi platform,  release of funds etc/or such. I hardly believe it's anything legal related. My guess would be that it's actually ICONOMI who forbids the token to be added. The very last what I think that these exchanges won't list the ICN because they don't show interest in it. That's a total BS and anyone claiming it is just making a total fool of him/herself.

I didn't say kraken does list shitcoins, agreed about the rest of the post. Most probably it was due the zcash launch, in this week (I think) they will add it.

Will listing in these exchanges bring any good to ICN?will it's price rise if it is available to trade on these platforms?

My worry about about been listed on other big exchanges, is that Bittrex has not signified interest to list ICN, we all know Bittrex is not that hard to list your tokens on, Antshares is now on Bittrex

and polo dont want to promote ICN because ICONOMI is a flatform that can FAR out perform Polo

I disagree with you, ICONOMI offers more to Poloniex than Poloniex offers to ICONOMI, can you imagine the commission poloniex is going to get from someone trading with over 10KBTC on their exchange and they make money whether that person is making profit or losing money

10 kbtc ? What are you saying?

Daily volume of ICN trades is very low now. It's only $67,000 at this moment compared to $250,000 ,a week ago.
Which means it was earlier about 350 btc/24 hr and now it's only 95 btc/ 24 hrs.

Coming onto the commissions, Polo charges 0.4% fees which means .38 btc daily, definitely a very small amount for polo.

Still I'm sure Poloniex would list it, as the trade daily volume would rise soon in the near future. It would be like acquiring the market today and later make big profits.

Poloniex has also listed some shit coin with Daily volume less than 1 btc.

So there is only one reason to not list ICN, since is a share of company. We can accelerate things if Iconomi team helps polo out in legal matters. Nevertheless, Polo has its own lawyers, they can take of the legal matters.

So, let's hope ICN  is listed on Poloniex and Bitrix at least after 2-3 months (I'll trade ICN 2-3 months later, seeing it's performance)

Can we talk about math for the ICN dividends? For example, lets assume both of the funds manage $100 mill each. And lets assume, monthly profit from those funds is 10% (I just made smth up). How much dividends would we get per 1 ICN token monthy in this scenario? Does anyone know what the fees for the funds will be? I couldnt find it in the whitepaper.

Btw, this is my very first post on bitcointalk, I hope I don't soud silly with my question.
You can do the math yourself. The fees isn't announced yet, but assume 0.5% for the index fund, 2% for the performance fund. Profits don't matter for the index fund, but will matter for the performance fund, which you can assume to be 20%. The final numbers can vary. Oh and also there are a total of 100 million ICN.

So I calculate weakly 0,5%(2%) on 100 mill not on the profits from those 100 mill?

Let's talk about ICONOMI dividends.

First, some facts.  The ICONOMI ICO ended on Sept 29.  On that day, Bitcoin was worth 605 USD / BTC.   ICONOMI closed their ICO with $10,682,516 in crowdfunding.  So they got 10,682,516 / 605 = 17,657 BTC equivalent.  That investment paid for 85,000,000 ICN tokens.  So each token at end of ICO was worth 17657/85M = 0.0002077 BTC each or 0.0002077*605 = 0.1257 USD each.

The deal was that the first 10K BTC would go into ICONOMI development and the remainder (7,657 BTC equivalent = $4.62M) would go into the ICN.Performance (ICNP) fund.  ICO participants would then split as dividends 20% of profits from this initial ICNP investment of $4.62M.

There are also supposed to be numerous other dividend income streams from fees, etc.  We're gonna ignore them for now, and talk here only about ICN dividend profits just from ICNP.

Here's the key question: What dividends must ICNP yield to be considered a success?

My answer: ICNP will be a HUGE success if it yields annual dividends greater than those produced by the top dividend stocks on the American NASDAQ exchange.  The top dividend yield of any NASDAQ stock is 23% from OXLC.  Note that the top-yielding Credit Suisse stock of SLVO yields 14.65%.  If ICONOMI can deliver better yields than the best that Credit Suisse has to offer, ICONOMI will be doing VERY good indeed...

So the "success" question above becomes "what does ICNP have to do so that 20% of its 2017 profits equals 23% of its total ICN token ICO value of $10.68M?"

Well, that's just straight algebra.

(0.2) * (2017 ICNP Profit) = (0.23) * $10.68M

2017 ICNP Profit = ((0.23)/(0.20)) * $10.68M = $12.3M

So for annual ICN dividends to equal the best that NASDAQ stocks have to offer, during 2017 Jani and Co. must turn the ICNP original $4.6M into $4.6M+ $12.3M = $16.9M.

That's a 3.7X multiplier.

BOTTOM LINE: If you believe Jani and Co. can take $4.6M and multiply its value by 3.7X during 2017 in the Cryptocurrencies market, then you need to head over to Kraken and buy ICN, because hitting that target will make ICNP a better dividend producer than any stock on NASDAQ.

Note that ICONOMI dividends will outperform the best NASDAQ Credit Suisse dividend stock by "only" hitting a 2.7X multiplier for ICNP in 2017.

(And if YOU think YOU can run a crypto fund that will hit 3.7X or even 2.7X during 2017, then YOU need to get your fund on the ICONOMI platform!)

Maybe true.  They can't dump thier ICN on kraken because they don't have accounts in that exchange.  Bittrex and polo are easy to register exchange so there are chances that they can pump and dump until they can acquire as much ICN as possible.

OK, so the "success" question above becomes "what does ICNP have to do so that 20% of its 2017 profits equals 23% of its total ICN token ICO value of $10.68M"

Well, that's just straight algebra.

(0.2) * (2017 ICNP Profit) = (0.23) * $10.68M

2017 ICNP Profit = ((0.23)/(0.20)) * $10.68M = $12.3M

So for ICN dividends to equal the best that NASDAQ stocks have to offer,  Jani and Co. must turn the ICNP original $4.6M into $4.6M+ $12.3M = $16.9M.

That's a 3.67X multiplier.

BOTTOM LINE: If you believe Jani and Co. can take $4.6M and multiply its value by 3.67X during 2017 in the Cryptocurrencies market, then you need to head over to Kraken and buy ICN, because it's about to become a better dividend producer than any stock on NASDAQ.  Including Credit Suisse.

(And if YOU think YOU can run a crypto fund that will hit 3.67X during 2017, then YOU need to get your fund on the ICONOMI platform!)

Great informative post, thanks!
