Would be fairly easy to do a token swap in order to move ICN to a new platform any time Right now Ethereum is the cheapest and most viable option Would it be possible for Iconomi to create brand new code and migrate it to that? Yes, but why use developer time maintaining their own blockchain, when all they need is a mechanism to distribute dividends? It's easier/cheaper to pay ETH miners small amount of fees to use the ETH network to distribute the dividends. It might make it easier for people who want to join in. Ethereum seemed to be a little complicated for some, which can turn some off. Plus again, it could be safer to not have a Turin complete platform. |

Poloniex never announced when they will add ICN. Devs promised ICN will be available on TOP exchanges and that NDAs are still in place (after it was added to Kraken), which means it's an NDA with Poloniex. IMO, Devs shouldn't access the $10 million ico funds in escrow UNTIL they succeed at listing ICN on Poloniex. There's always a way... they just have to discuss it with Poloniex. Whats with all the devs can't have funds until Polo lol  - they delivered tokens and what they promised so far no one promised Polo. Kraken is considered top tier exchange just cause you don't like it doesn't mean its not one of the most respected ones. Just look at their selection of coins - only a handful. I'm sure Devs are still talking to Poloniex, otherwise Poloniex would've said no to listing ICN publicly. I believe once the legal paperwork is sorted out, we will see ICN on Poloniex. The majority of us invested in ICN because Devs said they have NDAs with the biggest exchanges, meaning Poloniex is one of them. Getting ICN on Poloniex should be a TOP PRIORITY to Devs, otherwise they should just cancel this project and issue refunds to investors like DAO, if they can't deliver on their promises. why should it be a top priority?? Top priority should be to meet the tight schedule they have for this year (funds, platform, stuff like that, you know) I don't know why you guys are so hysterical about polo. Yes, it would be much better if the price won't fall bellow ICO price, but Iconomi is not a short term investment, and as such there will be bumpers on the road. Cheer up, warm winter is ahead of us.  |

I've remained silent and rational since it became apparent there was not going to be an impressive immediate return on investment. You can't always have that, and as I'm playing the long game, it doesn't matter hugely. What is becoming more concerning as days go by, is the realisation that the price and perceived success of icn is crucial in these early stages. When the platform/s launch, I struggle to see how there is going to be a clamour for investment with the price floundering as it is. The market cap of icn needs to be higher for this to all work and there isn't that long for it to start happening.

Yeah, because it won't matter if the team realease a good platform that get to mainstream use and in return the ICN token holders get good dividends  It is well known that what actually matters is being on Polo and the first stages of the market cap, after all, firstfirst impressions counts  |
