Polo can always list ICN just like what liqui did. nothing stops them except that NDA they've mentioned.
But what about other exchanges like bittrex, yobit is always doing it likethey don't care, can't they all added it but why didn't they add it?

Cause icn dont need pump and dump or weak investors, then let they dump into my orders

There's a big difference between "i dont want it listed on poloniex" and a "i dont care if it's listed there".
i dont know why people still find kraken is a "low volume" exchange... because it's not. Have a look at marketcap and comeback.

See poloniex listing ICN might bring a small pump, but definitely won't make a big difference...
otherwise, every coin listed there would worth a lot..

Antshares is not listed at poloniex either but it's price is going up.If some crypto is in demand,people will find exchanges that list them to buy or sell but if there is no demand,even if it is listed in all crypto exchanges,it won't make any difference

Well, i think listed on polo is great but too much hype only causes bad price pump instead of steady flow
For second one, it should be good as long as people can trade on those sites safely

Calm down, clever investors did not invest at all, they took advantage of bounty program.     ICO investors were too naive to believe the team, they are from Slovakia, not USA. I will only invest USA team.
