Withdraw transaction "Still" pending. I made the request this morning. How long does this usually take? It's been at least 6 hours.

From ICO platform to Kraken.

Thanks.

so if they cannot deal with american customers due to regulations, we can safely say there will be no poloniex, no?

but, then at the same time, kraken is a US exchange? so how come they on kraken and not on poloniex or bittrex?

I am confused  Huh

I think Kraken will play a big part in bringing Iconomi services to the US, their deal runs much more deep than simply having ICN at their exchange. But that's just my intuition. Regulation in the States will take a lot of time either way, maybe they can build or license some sort of bridge in the meantime. Both Kraken and Iconomi seems very KYC oriented so they will be obviously playing by the rules.

eToro is a similar business which doesn't operate in the States either but it's booming worldwide, I think eventually we'll see some progress regarding these instruments as technology keep advancing. Remember only 10 years ago you would have to fax your information to create an account and begin trading and that could take weeks or even months if there was a delay. Payment options like Paypal weren't as widespread either, only worked in the USA.

I agree with everything you said, besides "eToro is a similar business"
eToro may have similar concept, but they are not as legit as they may appear.

Anyway, I also think that Kraken are in much deeper partnership with Iconomi and the future may unfold very interesting surprises

Kraken is an exchange. I think, it can only give support to Iconomi by adding ICNX tokens , ICNP  (if tradable). Also, it can announce on the dividends distribution for coins kept on it .

For the USA issue, many legit ICO have an exception for USA participants written in TOS.

You guys need to know that ICN is not a currency it is an asset!!

So for ASSETS there are different rules that must be followed  (That is why KRAKEN is ---> Global digital asset exchange = KRAKEN).

Also keep in mind that KRAKEN is making everything for US residents to buy their ASSETS with FIAT currency --- (ICN)

also on December 12 2016 Kraken acquires GLIDERA!!!!

1.) Glidera will be rebranded under the name ‘Kraken Direct’

2.) Glidera’s funding service, currently available in the US only, will be expanded to support many of the countries and national currencies worldwide now serviced by Kraken, including Europe (EUR), Japan (JPY), Canada (CAD), and the UK (GBP)

3.) Glidera will add wallet funding support for some of the popular alternative digital assets that Kraken currently offers for exchange, such as Ethereum and Zcash

4.) Kraken exchange clients in the US will enjoy the added convenience of ACH bank payments to fund their trading accounts - currently offered through Glidera for wallet funding

5.)The ability to access both the wallet funding service and the exchange service via a single account

There will be so much hype around December 28 launch.

ICN can easily go from 40K to 100K in just few hours.

Why do people care about 100k sats so much?? In the long term icn will be worth a lot more than 100k... just sell now if your in it for a quick buck cos this is not going to be a quick pump and dump

Maybe because they need to or because it's enough for them.
i agree with you though that this is a long-live project and it will not end at 100k sat.

....

Judging by the size of this project and the caliber of the team behind it, surpassing $100M-$300M Market Cap range is imminent.

I bet it will flow somewhere around it. And we need to add that devs have 6000 BTC teady to put into fresh and CHEAP now alts ^^
many project are below ICO because of rapid BTC rise.
After it money shock wave will flow to altcoin.
Just grab good coins. For ICONOMI this is verry good time.
They will soon have good results.
