There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.
Advertised sites are not endorsed by the Bitcoin Forum. They may be unsafe, untrustworthy, or illegal in your jurisdiction.

Hello,

I would like to be whitelisted.  I've been a bitcoin speculator since early 2011.  Actually bought my first coins for 90 cents how lucky.  I've been a small time miner since last summer running two 5850s.  I've lurked on this forum for a long while, that's how I figured out mining.  I've used bitcoins to purchase a variety of products lately.  I also mined some alternate chains last year.  I've primarily mined at deepbit and btcguild.

Thanks!

Hi,

I'd like to be whitelisted. I was mining with 6x 5850s last year, and this year I mined some litecoins on coinotron pool, I'm requesting to be whitelisted because I'd like to get in touch with some prepaid debit card vendors here on bitcointalk in order to turn my bitcoins into cash anonymously.

Thanks in advance :-)

I'm a bitcoin user for roughly 1 year, and feel that I have a decent handle on the "scene".  So far, ALL of my bitcoin experiences have been positive.

Mostly I use my bitcoins to sports bet, and to play poker.  In fact, I came to this forum after doing a search on the sports betting site that I use, Anonibet. I feel that I have a relevant post to make in the Gambling forum, in the anonibet thread started by poster crowe.

I'm close to being whitelisted anyway, I think.  Just need the hours now.

Peace.

Despite all my rage, I am still just a rat in a cage.

My initial n00b post was here... https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=128127.0

Tomorrow is halving day, and despite having thousand of USD in ASICs, I still can't post to confirm my BTCJame name...

What gives? I think I know my stuff, and if I am a troll, I'm a good one.

I'd like to be whitelisted. Thanks.

Just don't want to reveal my real identity.

Those signed messages are useless, unless they contain a timestamp and a name.
A la  'I own the address 1BqcwhKevdBKeos72b8E32Swjrp4iDVnjP with 40k coins. Loaded, 28.11.2012'
Else anyone might use such/this signed message he found elsewhere.

Just say'n, generally speaking.

I'm a developer looking to get connected on a project being discussed here.  No stranger to bitcoin as I've been using it for about 1.5yrs, have had no need to communicate on the forums up until now.  I don't know what information you'd like to prove I know what I'm doing.  Currently for fun running 2x water blocked 6950's averaging about 380Mh/s each (I know I could get more out of it but stupid ATI doesn't want to play nice with cgminer and the api plugins for voltage changes..... not related to the project I'm going to get involved with.)

Hey, I'm looking to get whitelisted. I need to be able to sell ebooks with an information broker business I'm opening and bring in the money right away. Everything is already set up, I just need to be able to process the payments.

Thanks for your time.

I'd like to be whitelisted.
I'm not Satoshi.

I've read and understood (most of) his paper (http://bitcoin.org/bitcoin.pdf)
I have a degree in computer science.
I have a verified account on MtGox and Bitcoin-Central.

If I was a troll, I'd probably have something more creative to say here Smiley

Oh please let me out.

My Blog about Bit coins is listed in my signature.

I wrote a book on Bitcoins
www.amazon.com/Bitcoin-Step-by-ebook/dp/B00A1CUQQU/

Remarkably, I never came to this forum.  I always seemed to find what i needed.  I'll certainly be around.  But could you please let me out of jail.  :-)

*facepalm* NOW I read that I could request to have my topic moved to another board if it doesn't get answered sufficiently. But I already locked it in the Newbie section. Damn.

Hey guys.

So what's up?

I've been logged in for a good 24 hours now, and still locked into the 'newbie' thread... 5 posts and everything.

Am I missing something here?
