Try this way it's very small so you might give it a try separate Silk.conf available in the folder

Yes I deleted the older version I had on my computer thinking I could fix it by downloading a brand new one from the Silknetwork.org this morning and there is problems with it that the devs need to fix as this will definately cause loss of confidence in the project for people that are not tech savy. We just want to be able to download and have an automated idiot proof (fool proof) wallet that will work and if this is not achievable I believe the project is doomed to tell you the truth. I just dld the wallet and it runs fine so its for the non tech and foolproof. Pr0metheus is right, it works flawlessly Well you probably did something wrong when you were trying to upgrade the wallet(give us more details about what you deleted and replaced) and please mate people here are trying to help and in my book when there's a will there's a way and then there's a future

It's almost a week now and I still don't see the SLK deposited into my SLK ICO address in Weaver. Is there anyone from the team that can take a look at this? Did you try the explorer https://slkexplorer.silknetwork.org/just input your SLK ICO address there and see if your coins are there Not showing on the weaver doesn't mean you don't have them

I downloaded a brand new download on a totally different computer to download an entirely new win64 version wallet download from the www.silknetwork.org site and I have no active connections and its not working, so its not idot proof theres big problems with it and dont lead people to think theres nothing wrong as its not true. It needs fixing and it should work from the www.silknetwork.org win64 wallet download without having to update cof file bullshit runaround waste peoples time rubbish. It shows total incompeteancy on the devs part as I have lots of wallets from lots of coins and this does not happen, at the moment this is a complete circus. You were asked if you were using the latest version, you didn't state what version you are using. Are you using this version? - https://github.com/SilkNetwork/Silk-Core/releases/download/1.0.1.1/silk-core-v1011-win64.zip

It is not the developers or the job of Silk Network to chase your lost coins.
If you had sent them to Weaver, then maybe we can help.

Sorry Revelations86 Just saw your earlier posts and realized that you've checked the explorer before
In my case for example: In Silk explorer I can see that my coins were transferred to my weaver Silk (ICO) address then they were moved to a Pool address where loads of coins were transferred as well from other ICO participants I guess that's the way it's done to be exchanged when the time comes, to Darksilk(DSLK)
I did however check my Weaver dashboard and the Silk (ICO) shows the amount that I transferred

The SLK wallet works as a clock.
But the "Warning: Checkpoint is to old..." message won't disappear though the wallet is fully in sync with the network. Is this normal behavior?
|
Maybe I should code a Tipping bot, instead of these well-known DDos bots. I would tip your Wallets until these were overloaded.

Only if your running version 1.0.0.0 Seems like you haven't updated your wallet to the latest version. Download from https://silk.silknetwork.org the binary for your operating system. Version 1.0.1.1

About the old Silkcoin
That's why we moved on to the new Silk because the old one sucked Guys you might edit your posts and add this line up front: About the old Silkcoin Sorry to say but this thread is becoming unreadable: OLD silkcoin, NEW SILK, rebranding, ICO finished with no further announcements. I would ask the team to clean up a bit. This is a simple request, nothing else
Agree People are getting more confused I think the team can delete the last posts about the old Silkcoin we should do this through PM's How about opening a topic for this matter in Altcoin Discussion? Done Created new topic Discussion on Legacy SilkCoin wallet to help late swappers to New Silk (SLK)https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1665582.msg16723583#msg16723583Well done, i replied you there. We should have done this long ago but they say better late than ever. Now I would ask silk devs to delete anything that will not be in line with this topic.

Yes, it has grown, not only in the number of different BCT members posting, but the level of community involvement. It is refreshing to see a project with this much support. The dev team has done an outstanding job so far, even when the going got a little rough. HATS OFF TO THEM!! They have constantly done their best to keep us informed and let us know they are still around. I never had a doubt, but it is great to see posts from them. I am so looking forward to the first 2 or 3 weeks of November!! We are a solid community now, but come that time. we will be an unstoppable community.

Few questions for the tech guys:
when I first installed the Silk wallet(first version x64) I had an address for it and generated a private key to be safe that address is still in the Receiving addresses menu in the wallet But if I put that address in the Silk explorer I get this Error! : Search found no results for: Sh7LdoD2m1vzVhVn18pUjcn.......
Also, and I asked this before but no answer:
I have 4 addresses in the Receiving addresses menu in the Silk wallet(Version 1.0.1.1 x64) 2 of them give me the same error as above when put in the explorer 1 is my Silk address that I sent the coins from Weaver after the swap but shows 0 1 is if I remember correctly was created when I split the coins but in the explorer it gives me a smaller amount than the one displayed on the wallet(-500SLK)
I specifically turned off staking for few hours so the Available=total amount on the wallet
Is that normal? I honestly don't know which one is my address anymore

Also by running this command in console:
listaddressgroupings
I get a bunch of 9 addresses but again none of them shows the right amount from the wallet

Don't get me wrong I'm not concerned about the "money" here cause I know they are there
but in case of trouble If I have to use the private key to recover the wallet which one should I use?
PS:I generated priv keys for all of them

I have had situations where I have completely lost a wallet and after installing another wallet I use importprivkey <privatekey> <"optionallabel"> and import them all. Save me a LOT of $$$$
