I think i am agreeing with you, with this new way of bounty , they have raised lot of negative points to the project. what about the ICO investors who have invested in high rate will they wont feel of losing the value.

Sometimes you need to read a few pages back for the announcement regarding this issue.  The dev clearly stated that they will compensate early investors depend on the token sold during the promo.  And it was even answered a few post above you.

I think initial plan is to release the coins to the investors then paying all bounty participants.  Announce the leftovers address so that public will see the unsold token. Then continue to create the platform while looking for a trading platform/exchange to list ICOBID.  That is probably the first few steps of Pioneer88.

This is a good plan and roadmap but it's better if the platform is already to boost confidence of investors and supporters,anyway he will not let us down,it's a long preparation for this project I'm sure he has answer for everything.

I also think so, the project was built long and everything is according to schedule. I think they are building the platform and make investors fully believe that sustainable development projects.

It was stated that this ICO will last for 4 weeks.  It announced at Sept.1 and had their pre-ICO, then some weeks break before hitting the Main ICO, then some problem occured and they have to cancel and relaunch after a week or two of fixing stuff.  Now they are almost down to the last week of their ICO.  
So the answer would be, their scheduled ICO is not yet over.  Sometimes you need to read more, than asking question that can be answered by reading ICO schedule.

No exchange yet because it is still unde ICO period, but I read ICOBID is already listed on some exchanges' voting list.  There is still another set of week for this ICO to end.  Price @ 1500 satoshi coming up soon.  I wonder how much sales the 1 day discounted sales gathered.  I hope ICOBID sold more than half of those reserved coins.

Is anyone having some issue with wallet sync? I've been busy these past few days and wasn't able to check my wallet, and now it's out of sync. I did all the previous steps just like before, deleting the files, adding active nodes to icobid.conf, but still the same.   I'm downloading the wallet qt again and try later if it will work.


EDIT: It's synchronizing with network now. Deleting all the files, download qt file & run, add wallet.dat worked even without icobid.conf file

Yes, my wallet synced well without icobid.conf file. I'm using the new version by the way. As far as I remember there is also a user who are using his wallet without the file, so I backread and check it out. I snipped and quoted crunck's comment about his wallet and Pioneer88's for the new wallet download link as reference.
