With only 1.5 zec I would just hold it on an exchange, not a whole lot at risk. Otherwise something like exodus would be fine.

Is possible to transfer ZEC between transparent and zk-SNARK address.

So I have several questions:
1. How to make "t" address and "z"-address?

2. Can I do this offline, using some paperwallet, like this: https://pwall.org/zcash/index.html (t-address only available there)?

3. Is this possible to get "z"-address from "t"-address
or generate "z"-address for the same privkey from t"-address?

4. May I change "t" prefix to "z" prefix to get "z"-address from "t"-address,
or I need to generate "z"-address, using some command in zcash-cli?

Seems like there is good news for GPU miners from ZCASH. Ever since the first Equihash ASIC came out last year, it killed mining for the popular GPUs like the 1080Ti or the older R9 280X.

Now the ZCASH team has confirmed there will be a dual Pow mining option where you can mine again with GPUs, however the only draw back is that you don't get paid until 1 year later. For the ASICs they get paid as usual.

Very unusual way to conduct this situation, however it seems like a good idea for the true hodl'er of ZCASH.

Make sure the Ledger is updated to the latest firmware and also make sure to instal the new Ledger Live.

Ledger live is a new "App" interface for desktop, that acts like a desktop wallet.  I have sent Zec to and from Ledger live with no problems at all, ZEC was received very fast both ways.

definately the best place to ask any questions with quick'ish replies. Also one of hte team members is hard at work adding new website  that accept ZEc, so head over and give some suggestions and ideas.

I was thinknig they should approach big name websites, who have "clients" who would really appreciate anon payments.  xxx sites, Datings sites, hotel/accomodation booking sites and such.   The more people accepting Zcash the more it will get noticed.
