This is a problem i agree. Dev, how you will be fixing this? What was the main reasons the algo was changed?

according to the slack, all changes have been made at request and benefit of their private investors, that is all. This coin was made for chinese cloud miners ;p
add the 20% "sit back and collect" and you understand why now their was a "classic" fork, most saw this all as bullshit months ago ;p
I tried to get into zcoin, but theres community coins and theres private funded for-profit coins. this is not a community coin, plain and simple.
i will come back after MTP see if its fair yet , tho that 20% for nothing will always be there...

Cloud miner abusers before the algo change at one point had over 30% of the network hash rate

People always try to find a way to get an advantage so they can get more, its hard to totally prevent centralization

MTP might help, but someone will find a way to work the system

Sure, it's just that now distribution is much worse than before. Not really helping this coin.

I have never even used BitBlender, PLUS its NO COMPETITION. Zcoin is mineable, anyone can participate, BitBlender is a SERVICE, that only some will ever need ;p

But with zcoin it is what it is, and we all need to accept it or find something else to support, as bitching about how a PRIVATE-FUNDED, FOR-PROFIT coin is run is just silly ;p
They ONLY added GPUs/had this fork to add liquidity to their cloud miners and help with popularity (also admitted in slack this was)

I agree with you on the point that if you do not like something, just move on and quit complaining

Plenty of other coins to choose from if you do not like the way something is being handled.

I think There is a new plan for changing algo in March , 2017 . That is approriate time to hold this coin for long time.
The price is deeply down and maybe it will hit 0.0006btc in this month before a big increase later.

One person on suprnova has the equivalent of 800 bitcoin worth of GPU power(GTX1070)

Its unfortunate that one person could be such a destructive force
