its 1371 kh/s with 32 threads. I just checked with 18 and it produces 762 kh/s . I can see the 4 threads that don't mine from the task manager . The miner on startup shows 36 miner threads started but cpu #32, #33, #34, and #35 are missing and task manager shows only 32 online. check the pictures below -t 36 http://prnt.sc/eairvt-t 18 http://prnt.sc/eait62I know certain versions of windows only support up to 32 cores on the os What operating system are you running? I m running WIndows 10 pro

I tried it that is what im saying above. With -t 18 i get half of the hashrate. I tried everything with the -t parameter. I get the most hashrate with the most cores Did you try running 2 instances of "cpuminer" at the same time (with "-t 18" each)? The sum of hahsrates could be better than one instance with "-t 36".

Your Windows puts all the threads on the same 18 CPU's and leaves the rest unloaded! Probably thats the way Windows works... I am pretty sure on Linux the system would distribute the load more evenly. You could look here: http://www.tech-recipes.com/rx/37272/set-a-programs-affinity-in-windows-7-for-better-performance/This is to change process affinity to force the Windows put cpuminer 1 on cores 1-16, and cpuminer 2 on cores 17-36. Windoiws 10 has the same capability, you just need to choose "Go to details" after right-click on task in Task Manager. Not sure this will work, and you might be wasting your time with this... but if you are into experiments, why not to try? Thank you guys, i will make the experiment i hope for better results. I checked the miner for decred and the same thing happens.
You're most welcome. Good luck with this!

What hashrate are you getting with sgminer?
I have about 30 kH on each MSI Gaming X 8G RX480 (Win7 X64, 16.9.1 drivers, ETH-way modded BIOS, 1303/2200).
I wonder why do you still mine it now? The trading is frozen, and coin going to be dumped hard as soon as exchanges open. But hashrate and difficulty are still insanely high for a hacked coin with zero working exchange, ready to be dumped... Miners are not informed yet, or what..? ok, I'm not a miner, always not. I got an rMBP, but it cannot mine any coins no matter its zcoin or zcash, so I'm planning to buy a computer with gtx1070 which also performance well mining zcash. If the mining's profitable, I can lower down the cost of the computer, isn't it, even thought possibly I won't mine zcoin at all. So I wanna figure it out the hashrate of zcoin first. To zcoin, actually the major problem's the code itself, the dump's over. BTC38 holds 430k coins of all and price is rising.

But hashrate and difficulty are still insanely high for a hacked coin with zero working exchange, ready to be dumped... Miners are not informed yet, or what..? I'm not that sure anymore that people will start dumping. And if the chinese are not dumping I think that dumping on bittrex will be a big mistake as price will go back up few days after they will enable the wallet. I think it's better stop worrying about Chinese people. One of the angel investor is from China, who possibly promoted the coin listing on btc38.com, biggest chinese based crytocoin exchange, on which no new coins have been listed for a long time. Whales have been buy up on btc38.com since last week, however someone kept on dumping on bittrex.com, and price on btc38 is higher than that of bittrex for quite a long time. So, problem comes back to the solution of the incident, if the devs cannot provide some convincing solution, there will surely great damage to both the angel investers and the exchange traders. We are expecting the devs can destroy some coins they collected from the miners.

We have pushed the fixes for the Zerocoin bug into Github. Windows binary is already up and the rest will be up shortly: https://github.com/zcoinofficial/zcoin/releasesPlease update your wallets and nodes as soon as you can. Bittrex trading will re-open at noon PST giving everyone some time to react. Special thanks to Bittrex for being very professional and understanding. Nova Exchange is already updating and should be up immediately once they're done. BTC38 has been informed but trading is still open there. Also shoutout to Suprnova and MPH for also working closely with us and updating in a very timely manner. We will post a more detailed post mortem as soon as we can on the events that has happened and what we will do moving forward. We thank those who supported us during this difficult time. For the latest updates you can always join us on Slack ( http://invite.zcoin.io:3000) or Twitter (@zcoinofficial).

The 2 CPUs are seperated into 2 groups, which prevent the cpuminer process on CPU0 from using the memory on CPU1. Try changing the NUMA options in your server's BIOS.

I love how it takes 3 full days to sync the newest wallet on a 250mb/s internet connection. Super functional.
