I have a serious problem with cryptopia in order to submit a withdrawn request. I have set 2FA option so easily get access my account the 2FA code but, when I'm going to request withdrawal I get this message- The TFA code entered was incorrect or has expired, please try again. This is very first time I'm getting in trouble. Pease help to solve it out.
Have the same problem Is the issue resolved? was just about to turn on 2fa on my account I do not recommend. Even my ticket is still unanswered.

Just in regards to the 2FA issue !We're really sorry about any inconvenience that this might be causing affected users at the moment. We have isolated the issue and rolled back the website to our previous version so this doesn't happen to anyone else, and we're currently working with all affected users who have submitted a ticket to get this resolved. If you're currently affected and unable to login to submit a ticket, please send an email to support@cryptopia.co.nz with '2FA reset issue' in the subject line so we can assist in getting this fixed up for you in a timely manner. If you're able to login, you can go ahead and change your 2FA via your Security page at https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Security and it will work correctly now. Again, really sorry about this - we are still intending to make this security upgrade more than likely tomorrow - albeit working properly this time ! Thanks again for bearing with us through this!

Hello, I have one account on cryptopia since 6 months, and impossible to make a withdraw. I sent 15 email since 4 months, only 2 useless answers. - I connect me with 2 FA. - When i try to withdraw: it asks me a PIN code. My 2FA doesn't work. - In security settings: I have "pin number" in "withdraw 2 factor". When I click on "remove 2 factor", it asks me pin code! I can't change. And the support says me to this manipulation. Very funny.
Questions: what's the pin code? How can i withdraw?
I'm in crypto-currency since 3 years, first time I see that.
Thanks

The pincode is what you selected when you signed up. You can request a 2FA reset. If you cannot access your account and need to reset your 2FA, Cryptopia Support Team will need to assist you. Please, send an email to support@cryptopia.co.nz and they will be able to help you reset your 2FA. Otherwise you need to make a support ticket and ask to reset your 2FA. In your email, to enable them to verify that you are the account owner, please, provide them with a minimum of three records of your account information from the list below: Recent deposits Withdrawals and trades Your balances Wallet address Payment IDs Tx ID’s Login dates IP address Registration date https://support.cryptopia.co.nz/csm?id=kb_article&sys_id=e6065021dbed1f009990f6fcbf96195a

Again, I have a Deposit Missing issue on Cryptopia!
Here's what their excuse, in the meantime, I'm waiting since 31 May and counting....
Having reviewed your account I can see that Cryptopia's block height at the time of writing (2651665) has not yet reached the block height of your deposit (2671060). This means that your deposit will unfortunately be delayed, however it will appear in your account once our block height has caught up. Whilst we can not give you a definite ETA on when this will be, we can guarantee that your deposit is on its way.

Hello, when does referral earnings get credited?
I have a friend who have been trading all of april, and i was expecting to see some DOT go in but now i am starting to wonder since it has not showed up yet.
He shows as my referral on my account, so maybe its just delayed?

So it's all good then, you just need to be patient. You will get your funds soon enough.

Yes, i am saying that they actively edited my Deposit and Trade history to reflect the switch. No, i am not crazy, and didn't accidentally send 0.68 ZEC that i didn't have to an address i never generated. (never even traded ZEC on Cryptopia before.)
Thats a big crap you are write and say ! On your pictures there are only 0.09 of trade on Zec but in the other picture you have received 0.65 Zec ! So where are the other Zec ? If you dont have done this maybe its possible your account got Hacked and someone have done Trade or else ! Have you the right amount on coins in your Account ? When i look at the pictures you should have more Coins now in your account balance or ? Possible accidentally someone send it your adress or you have an deposit you have missed or dont known at the passt maybe ! but to say cryptopia is fleecing funds to wallets is hard , without any explain from a support ticket you have should done about this then ! Have you done one ? I hope . Regards Lafu

I have contacted support and was advised it was my fault. I am absolutely certain that it is not. 2FA is enabled. I only have those 3 ZEC trades in my history. You might want to read closer....0.03237683 - that is the Rate (price) not the Amount. I can't do anything about it, but i know 100% for sure either a coincidence of magnificent proportions has occurred.... or something fishy is going on. Are you sure you are logging onto https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/ every time? When you deposit to a exchange address you get your own individual deposit address but a separate automated process transfers it to the exchange wallet. A different process "sees" the deposit you have made and credits an amount equal to the amount you deposited to your available funds on the exchange ledger. All exchange transactions occur on the exchange ledger - not on the blockchain.

With the Cryptopia 2FA device or Google Auth App? I've not had any problems getting in with either of them. Maybe try a PM to the mods on Discord with your username if you can't log in to raise a support ticket.
