Omg price dropping so much, are people in panic mode?

Panic mode about what? Read the charts, this is part of the game.

It'll be fine, someone just selling off some coins. There are some big miners in this coin, so when you see a dip, most likely they're cashing in.
It'll stabilize again.

to be honest i'm surprised it has stayed so high for so long.

Should we expect price go up again after claymore release new version?

Why do you think the price has anything to do with higher hash rate from mining software? It will mean the network hash rate and difficulty will go up, that's it. Yours is the second post I've seen here recently that seems to assume that higher network hash rate means higher coin price, which is simply not true; they have no relationship whatsoever, IMO.

Many times I have seen that, only version 10 is that it did not influence the price

You can, of course, believe anything you like, but just because the price goes up (or down) around the time an improved miner comes out does not mean the price changed due the the miner update. There are many factors that influence price, as should be obvious from today's price action in BTC, which has impacted all coin values, in turn.

I am getting good results with my MintMiner:

1785 SOLs @ 1125W at the wall.  This is giving me 1.59Hashes per Watt.

Nice setup! Were you able to fit 2 PSU's in that server chassis?  What cards do you have in there?

What motherboard? Do you have 16GB of virtual memory set?

I think this is a memory or driver issue.

try running separate miner insances for gpu0 and gpu1

if not try changing the driver to a slightly newer/older version (i.e. not from 15.12 to the newest)
