I was really surprised by 3.1, but 4.0 is even faster!
70 Solves/s Non modded RX 480 Nitro's.
If you flash a bios with a mem voltage high enough to be stable at 2250MHz, you get an extra 5-8Solves/s.

The miner has come a long way from 30S/s to 70 Cheesy!

Great work @Claymore

My dev fee will always remain ON!

Thanks!
That's right. The same goes for me. Claymore you are legend mining and  Crypto developer for the masses. Against you speak only owners of private miners and inhumane and greedy developers. People are with you, go ahead. You  to live 100 years and you to built the most advanced mining software Cool.

Well, I am tunning my miner and when I set the variables:

setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0
setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100

And then the miner keep crashing.

Error: GPU 0, GpuMiner kx(2) failed -36

GPU 0: R9 380X 4GB
GPU 1: R9 270 2GB

I agree I have no problem paying claymore the dev fee that's his pay for providing some of the best most stable mining programs out I own a flooring company and I no how it feels for ppl to think I can work for free or want to beat me down on pricing it's bullshit u don't want to pay the fee use a different miner

Completely agree.  Claymore, you should remove option in future versions to disable your dev fee.  Your miner is beating the shit out of every other public miner, and you should get your 2.5%.  If those greedy assholes don't like, they can continue to run v4.0 and disable the fee.

Agree with that here to !!!
He deserve to be paid for his skills!

That's right. Claymore, come back mandatory fee. You deserve 2.5% for your work.

Agreed fuck the cheapskates, feel free to mine 20% slower with some other miner if you don't think 2.5% is worth it.

FOR RENT.

For the first time i have some problems with claymores miner.
I had no time for upgrades and using 1.1 for now and it works flawless.
No i've tried to run 4.0 (just copied config and added -i 2 to it) and got such error:
Code:
00:07:11:462	1230	This pool (equihash.eu.nicehash.com) does not support ZCash addresses as login (or requires worker name in "Login.Worker" format) and cannot be used for devfee mining, therefore it is not supported.
00:07:11:467 1230 However, you can mine on this pool if you specify "-allpools 1" option, default pools (different from this pool) will be used for devfee.
So i've tried to set allpools 1 and got this:
Code:
00:10:08:575	23ec	OpenCL error 0 #101 - -61
And gpu seems does not want to hash
If i remove -i 2 it works but speeb is about 0.2 h/s
Switched back to 1.1, but now getting about 10% rejects.

Likewise, I can't believe people have the nerve to complain about a dev fee. People deserve to be paid for their work.

Code:
for GPU 0, close miner right now if you want to use default control from catalyst

what does this means ?
I updated 8 rigs with 3 xfx rx480 8G on each to v4 and only one gets this and closes the miner

Ok i think i have found the sweet spot about power consumption and h/s for my 6x RX 480 REF stock BIOS, only overclocking/undervolting adjust :

405-420 H/s and 690-700W at the wall, maybe more if Mr Claymore can go up the hashes again with the miner Cheesy

Cheers.

Can you post some details around how you achieved this? I can get the wattage but I get 320h/s in return.

They obviously doubled their difficulty, since hashrate per device has roughly doubled as well. Your earning the same, each share you submit is just "worth" more now.
