I don't think there is an X11 (darkcoin) algo in cudaminer... maybe you should stick to some coin for a while either than hopping from coin to coin... (difficult, I don't use a lot my own advise)

yes, I read a bit too fast... it is in developpement for the future (can you change the algo once it has been release ? or are they planning something like myriad ?)

software. They changed the code on release, which we did not notice.

Restart your computer. I dunno if it'll help,but it worked for me a couple of times when the OC settings are reset. Oh,and start with and use only v.0.1 if your hashrate dropped only after using v.0.2. What card are you using?

Is it right after you start the ccminer or after 10~20min ?
I had a problem like that (drop of power to 37%) with my 780ti...
I recompiled the code to turn-off the shared memory feature in the kernel and the problem was solved.

edit: I had the problem with fugue256 (I didn't run on HVC with that version)

Hello all,

I have a very strange problem i'm hoping somebody can help with.

I set up a bitcoin miner in my basement last week with 2 750tis getting about 570 khash. Would like to squeeze more out of the system but for now I have a bigger problem.

I decided with that system running right below my tv with a 400 dollar HTPC why not just hook up the bitcoin miner and sell the HTPC. So i hooked it up via HDMI, everything was going fine until I ran cudaminer. The program opens and after about 4-5 seconds my mouse and keyboard stop working. I even tried a hard wired mouse and keyboard but still nothing. If I plug in a monitor via dvi along with the hdmi I can control the mouse on the screen with dvi, but still nothing on the big screen via hdmi.

I troubleshot hundreds of problems, but this one has me stumped big time!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Hey,
which one of your cards is doing the display? Try setting the -d flag to 0 or 1 so that only 1 card is being mined on. The display on your HDMI should work then. Alternate with the other card as well and see if that works as well. Then maybe you can narrow down the problem. I'm not sure why your mouse and keyboard stop working though. It could just be that the display adapter resets itself so the whole system locks down and resets. (maybe sort of like an unstable OC).

I'm using a 780 and a 750ti.
reboot did nothing, other algorithms work fine, even fugue.
hvc is slow now and I don't get it. it used to work fine, with both versions of ccminer (only that v0.1 closed after mining for an hour or so)
