I just noticed that we could deposit through gift cards, that was a good alternative if cryptocurrency is not available on the country where user lived. That's reasonable for me but what if he's the real NoMercy? probably you should just ask to sign a message on one of his address that was used before and I think that's the only way to confirm that he's the real owner of the account. That's is a possibility since anyone can take a break and I think it's not written in their ToS that if some users was inactive for a year they cannot claim bonus but I understand too the reason of the DuckDice since the user is inactive there is a lot that happen and of course they need to check whether the user is real or not. I'm not really just sure how they will confirm that it is the same owner and how the owner can confirm that he is the real owner.

You were lucky to win big amount from lottery but you choose the wrong section to spend the winnings. Can you share that how much you lost at other casino and what was the loseback amount? If DuckDice promised you to give 10% loseback and gave 5% only then it was a tricky move from them and they should give you the full amount.
