let's be clear here, this isn't a bonus anybody is entitled to --- it was something that was given on ad hoc basis too some VIP players, not a formal agreement or stated requirement too meet to receive it, at the time all calculations were done and given after a negotiated price as part of a loss back and has been paid at that time. I have never received 2loseback on losing 10 bitcoins but I have received 4.5 bitcoins on losing 40 bitcoins and some extra bonuses for 6 months.But at duckdice.io I have received less then 5% loseback and no bonuses

I'm not really sure about the terms of their bonus promotion but based on the explanation of the Duckdice you were inactive for a year that's why they did not allow you to claim big loseback but if they include it on the terms of their bonus that being inactive will receive a lower loseback percentage. There's no such bonus for limited time in your TOS [1] if the account eligible to get the bonus in the past, then he still deserve to get credited even 1 or 2 years later as long as no time limit.

Does it means, DuckDice have paid him 10% loseback and he is still asking for more bonuses? The landing page was showing that high roller will receive up to 10% of their total loss. ‘nomercy33’ is saying that he received 1 BTC during that time. If it's true then why the support mail said this to him


What is the actual truth? Can you provide any evidence of the ownership change of his account?

How your issue is resolved? Do you get what you have lost back since you claim to get unbelievable losing streak while using the flash bet? If so, does it mean duckdice admit that there is something wrong with your gambling session when you got the losing streak? Or are you referring to different issue?
