So, You guys have to do it again? Look like all the posts were made by richardo3o have been removed. How did you guys do that? Did you report all his posts to moderators? or did you guys negotiate with him for a few hundred dollars? I believe richardo3o's intention was bad (To gain something from you guys). But, He brings some important things against you guys. He alleges that you guys buy 5 Star reviews from customers for % dollars which usually do by Scam Casinos for example 1xBit. My question is, If you guys are legit, Why do you have to buy 5 Star reviews on Trustpilot for 5 Dollars? Sadly, It was exposed by duckdice's customers and they submitted some screenshots. All I have to do is collect those data. Any explanation?
I'll address one thing, we have never, will never, pay for a review to be done anywhere --- I have been inviting quite a few people as of late to do reviews, but asking only for genuine experiences, I'm happy for anyone I've reached out too to show this. same for any other member of the duckdice team. This one was one of many harmful claims made recently (without evidence or screenshots showing there's been any request made via payment).
We have also reached out to trust the pilot to remove a lot of harmful ratings done by an obvious multi-accounter.
However you are right, sadly, on one thing --- we did eventually come to an arrangement with richardo3o, he requested loss back from a deposit he had made on the site that he wagered and lost with, we paid some of this back, 7% to be exact. It wasn't a huge sum, nor was it small, and his intention all along through making these harmful posts (both through the Richard account and what we suspect to be many other accounts on here and trust pilot).
The problem we have is this, our reputation isn't brilliant, to begin with, and when fighting these accusations we have no support from this community, we have people piing in making the allegations of one blackmailer seem even more valid. We offered up evidenced rebuttals to all of his claims, he mostly was posting old accusations as well which have also already been answered, rectified or dismissed. However despite these efforts, and despite numerous genuine DuckDice users defending us, and posting their genuine experiences, had many members of the community believed the words of a blackmailer. In these circumstances, we begrudgingly bowed to the pressure.
I am not happy with our decision to pay, nor do we ever intend to again in these circumstances --- it's part of my task to help aid our reputation for the better, and I think by being forthright on this we are demonstrating our willingness to be transparent.
You are right to scrutinize and highlight this, the problem I have is a relative newcomer to bitcointalk in trying to understand the community, as well as how review sites operate, is I expected the same scrutiny to be applied universally. It seems like a very uneven playground, but this is a personal aside I suppose.
I will keep an active eye on this, I will review this thread nearly every day and give answers, and we are also working on a new thread to try to enlist some support from the crypto community, we are genuinely a good casino, with a lot to offer, and our regular users know this.
