I have not received all the machines that i ordered and my ticket has sat unanswered for over a week now.

I have tried to contact you via PM on the forum, via e-mail and of course this ticket was the first thing i did.

I have waited patiently for my machines, and the ones delivered are great, thank you.

Please can someone attend to my ticket and the missing machines.

Can you look at tickets 806 and 1136?  Two orders from February 3rd, confirmed by walletbit, neither appearing in the store.

Anyone from Batch 2 who has a problem with missing order, missing machines or broken/damaged machines.

We can not even get them to answer so far.

Seems the only person from batch 2, who had a problem, got his solved by calling Avalon a scam here in the forums. Bitsyncom answered him.

I do not want to have resort to that kind of behavior...
