Best Altcoin to invest in for 2017 and WHY !!!

For me it has to be vTorrent, it's due for it pubic launch over the next couple of months.

Torrents has upto 300M monthly users to tap into, what does crypto have? 3M?

The devs will be adding magnet links to the blockchain, searchable via the QT wallet, this eliminates the need for central sites like the pirate bay, plus by everyone having all the magnet links on the chain in your wallet, there's no way of censorship.

Torrent sites are being taken down and the owners arrested all over the globe, they are begging for a decentralized indexing system.

I'm telling you the userbase this can tap into is GIGANTIC!!!! it will bring millions more people into crypto.

I may eraser vdice from your list, I think it wasn't becoming a good investment. They have got neg trust especially about OP. Which means they have had the problems wasn't getting finished.
Incent and ICONOMI will best than vdice. I feel doubt with it.

Just from watching movements in top wallets on bittrex I would recommend following 4 coins in no particular order. Even a noob should understand what happens next when the whales started to feed

1. VOX (wallet0 ~300.000+, wallet1 ~100.000+, wallet2 ~100.000+ over the last 3-4 days)
2. OK (wallet0 went up to 1.400.000 out of nowhere past 2-3 weeks)
3. WBB (wallet0 ~20.000+ 4-6 weeks ago)
4. XVC (wallet1 went up to ~45.000 out of nowhere and made a good bargain during the panic sell few days ago)

besides that last 3 coins have very active development and great not to say superior tec

another point is that 1, 3 and 4 reached bottom at the moment and since the tread is titled 'Best Altcoin to invest' and not 'Which Altcoin will pump next' you decide if the whales are insiders or just nuts

Those that say that these kind of thread are useless they don't understand the meaning of this, in 2017 I can't expect to invest in any coin that is or will be in ICO phase until the end of this year, there are many ICO many project but maybe because I haven't researched too much I can't invest on them yet.

Coin 3: Peercoin

Why:

- Development has picked up a lot with projects such as peerassets, peerticker, V0.6 protocol update etc.
- Running for more than 4 years
- Oldest POS coin
- No IPO/ICO 100% fair distribution 

Coin 4: Dogecoin

Why:

- Running for almost 3 years
- Strong community
- Gets people used to crypto
- Has some adoption as a tipping currency

Coin 5: Counterparty

Why:

- Running for almost 3 years
- Assets on bitcoin are booming as result counterparty value is rising
- Has real life utility with projects like foldingcoin giving counterparty value

First of all thanks for commenting. To make things a little clearer. Except #2 all the mentioned wallets were accumulating over a period of time and the coins threads experienced heavy FUD attacks lately. A look at the graphs clearly shows that dump (if you wanna call it like that) has already happened and the mentioned wallets grew even bigger. #2 kept pretty stable during the rise of bitcoin. My guess would be wallet0 accumulating could be the reason. Might be hard for a dicer to get the picture but I'm pretty confident most others will get it.

Most of these Altcoins have taken down turn this last quarter, but I like what ICONOMI, Singularity, and Ardor are doing  if they get things right, they may be a great buy. Projects like LBRY and Synereo are both undervalued presently and I think they is value holding them

I have the same back to basics theory, I think those coins will do well. There is a chance DOGE could get back on track too, but it will never be a serious contender.

so many coins that appear at this time, especially coins from ico. yeah, but I think eth still excellent for use as an investment tool. Well, eth have a high enough price and have survived this long. altcoin not all be like that, so I feel that eth have the opportunity to have a high enough price in 2017
