they obviously had time all day today to move our btc around, they could have just sent the 8.5 btc I sent them, but they are doing something with the funds, what I have no idea, its suspicious

why did they do a transaction collecting all the dust and sending it somewhere without a fee, it will take days for it to confirm.

this is why we agreed to a refund.
We have send you now 4.5 Bitcoins and informed the manufacture
to send us your Bitcoins back. We have to wait until they
send it back to us and you will receive further 4 Bitcoins.
Besides you will get 0.2 Bitcoin as compensation for the delay.
