Is there a linux version of software? On github I can't find any link.

p.s. looks there is none version for linux. If there would be one I bet you could get much more profit (most serious miners are on linux I believe).

I will consider a Linux version once the miner is mature enough.
I just don't want to spend too much time on a port before different pieces of the software gel together.
Besides, I generally prefer Windows over Linux for desktop PC's, but I could use some change, I guess...

I think I know what is causing the problem. I will fix it in the next version.

Second, my current focus is not on NVIDIA but on AMD.
1) I get 1600 on Vega's. While 1900-2000 on other miners. Any way to improve that?
2) Is there any way to use miner from command line - in a common way?

1) You can play with the intensity and/or local work size. If you find good values, please let me know.
2) Not at the moment.

And please don't forget about neoscrypt high power consumption...

NEOSCRYPT REQUIRES MORE POWER--

Unfortunately, the NeoScrypt algorithm uses more power by design.  The algorithm, as developed by DJM34, uses more power than CryptoNight algorithm.  This is according to DJM34 himself.  DJM34 and GhostLander are the two primary developers for NeoScrypt.

Some optimization may help, of course, but there are physical limitations when pumping electrons in certain defined patterns.       --scryptr

@zawawa,
Will you be adding a command line support and API?

why people here like to mine cryptonight algo??? i think it's not profitable
Cause its tweakable as f*k.
Cause VEGA (i have non though) can do 2000 h/s while 45 mh/s on Eth? cause with right tweaks, a normal 4gb 580/570 with Hynix can do 925 H/s +++++ and still be power efficient compared to Solo Eth mining (let alone dual mining eth with something else, that overheats cards)
As of today though, I think Eth is skyrocketing. but still i rather mine cryptonight, cause CPU also adds to your combined hash.

what the hell does tweakable even mean ? even the most profitable cryptonight coin wouldn't make it into the top 10 most profitable coins to mine list,  CPU also adds to your combined hash ? it also adds to your wattage so that defeats the purpose, allmost all the Equihash and Neoscrypt coins are more profitable than any Cryptonight, who the hell mines with Vega it's an expensive one trick pony 2 X 3GB 1060 's /570's would outperform it in every single algo and department including PRICE

Really?
My two vega 64, picked up for £460 each +200 for water blocks onto the existing loops, mine 2100H EACH on Crypto (CASTXMR) at 160W each.
Tell me your cards can do 4kh at 320W?
Which is pulling £450 per month on Nicehash at the moment.

Hey, just wanted to say been running ur miner from 1.1.08 and this newest 1.1.21 is the most stable and longest running miner u have out right now. been 3 days since i needed a restart or anything where as before every 6 hours there was some sort of problem, thankyou zawawa!!!   BTW running 4 rigs with a mixture of 1070s, 380s,390s,480s, and 580s

Great job!! Grin

Just to let you guys now, I am still working on the GCN assembly version of the Equihash kernel.
The new ETH/XMR/FTH components are just a preparatory work for future development.
I will consider a voluntary dev fee once I catch up with Claymore's.

Hey Zawawa, Really MASSIVE effort man in this miner, was using the older GG while testing the new one, but what happened with Cryptonight Raw Intensity in the last version of 1.1.21 ? I can't find the 896 equivalent with the new 1.1.21 system, RX 570 shows 96 RI X 8 Work X 2 Threads , 580 8gb shows 128 X 8 X 2.
Before, 896 X 8 X 2 was the best for RX 570/580 4GBs can easily go 900-1000 h/s unless its an elpida.
1536X8X2 was the best for 8gb 580 giving almost 900 h/s.

Just don't use threads for calculating intensity from RI. F.e. 896 RI = 896 / 8 = 112 I.
1536 RI = 1536 / 8 = 192 I

P.S. And you're wrong that 1536 RI is the best for 8Gb 580Gb. Maybe it was on gg, but on GGS it's not so... On 2 of my 580 8Gb best RI is 1024 or 1152 (128 or 144 I). RI 1536 or 192 I gives less speed than 1024 or 128I.

anybody KNOWS how install this miner on LINUX. Mint 18.2 x64 Huh?
i use github page
https://github.com/zawawawa/gatelessgate

unpack and fail. of course. 100% source coded miners always fail on Linux, Nobody gives a normal binary.

user@PC1 /media/user/F/Work/Mining/gatelessgate-0.1.3-pre6b $ autoconf

Look posts at last 2 pages. You find that GGS not work at Linux yet.
