Am using blockchain.info for both my web and mobile wallet as its the most convenient for me.
And for all my altcoins I have stuck to desktop wallets.

Alot of people prefer web applications over desktop applications. A major factor why these people have this preference is accessing web applications is more convenient than having to use the desktop version. This fact pulled a trend in every areas in which trend web applications are replacing desktop applications. But in crypto, desktop wallets are more appreciated. What could be the reason of this paradox between the two trends? Privacy, security?

Use two wallets. Hot and cold. Hot wallet can be online/mobile, only keeping enough bitcoin in it that could be deemed "spending cash". You keep the rest in a cold wallet, deemed your "savings account". It's the best solution I've seen thus far.
Yes, but why do you use two of them? Is it because you don't trust web-wallets like on blockchain or there is some other reason for that? As for me, desktop wallet is inconvenient, because you don't have access to it without your computer (or additional programs need to be installed for that). I use just the web-wallet, because I find its security system reliable and maybe also because I don't have much money in bitcoin.

It's just a security thing. Keep your life savings on a cold wallet, spending cash on a hot wallet. I like multi sig paper wallets for cold storage. Makes it so there is close to 0% chance my life savings gets hacked, whereas all any online wallet has to do is disappear like MtGox did and there goes all your money.

If you care about convenience why not a mobile wallet on your smartphone? You can easily use it for online purchases with QR codes, plus you can take it with you, have your bitcoin on you, and spend bitcoin at any store you may go to! So for me the best solution is actually a mobile wallet and a cold storage wallet.

I mostly use a web wallet and that is blockchain.info to be exact because I like their feature where you could send btc to multiple addresses in one transaction. I have been using other wallets like mycelium the mobile version for quite a while, it serves as my backup funds if blockchain goes down.

Pretty sure web wallet like blockchain is still being the most used wallet these days. Simple because it is easy to use and perhaps it is the first web bitcoin wallet and very trusted. On other hand, my first bitcoin wallet is an exchange wallet but now I prefer to use xapo because no fees and mycelium wallet on my android phone.

I'm a newbie and I use Electrum. So far it's working as expected.
Simple, lightweight, and I've read stuff that says it's secure as well.

I dont knw much abt wallets and the technical stuff.
Can anyone suggest me a wallet where I can simply add money and transfer it to some other wallet without having to comply with kyc and somehow manage to make my identity unknown to the public.

Well, I usually choose web wallet with mobile application for easy access. I just open the full site when needed because we know that in a mobile application the features is limited. I have never tried yet to try the others. Maybe I have no Idea on how to use them.

I like to use Web Wallet. Because, There are lots of advantages to using web wallet. You can buy and pay the bill quickly with it. And, It is the safest way to pay or buy something by Web Wallet. Moreover, I am a freelancer so, most of my client pay me by web wallet. However, I am using Coinbase web wallet for BTC. Thank you and best of luck.

An online wallet to do my transactions and an offline to where I store most of it. Better be safe than risking it all in an online one. You cant see what could happen if suddenly one wallet site tells they are hacked, which I see is always a lie just to run off from their cusromers. They just go away once they got the quota they wanted.

There are different wallets for different intentions. Is your intention to save the Bitcoins? So a paper wallet is what you need. Are you intent on using bitcoins? So you need a wallet like electrum or some of a kind. Basically that's it, a hot wallet and a cold wallet. I use the paper for the amounts I want to keep and the electrum for daily transactions.

There is a thread about recomendations for the best wallet to use, but not all practice what they preach, so this poll is to see what people are actually using.
I understand that some people use multiple wallets of different kinds, so this poll asks which wallet is most used, this can be measured either by quantity of bitcoin or ammount of transactions.

I think this question has been already asked before,  just don't know form what section that I read it. Anyway,  right now I am using electrum wallet, xapo, and blockchain. They are all quite good and legit.

Most of the people use blockcain for web wallet.Do you know that Xapo starting charge for the transaction? It's not so little.I have seen one post here about this.I know, Peple like to use Xapo wallet for the free transaction. Now you can use coinbase wallet. It also free of charge.Coinbase has also a good security system. You can activate 2FA for higher security.Coinbase is safe and secure near to me, only my personal Opinion.

Exactly. That really is the best solution. Online wallet (exchange, web, desktop, mobile, etc) for as your "spending account" that you don't keep much in, then a very secure offline wallet as your "savings account". I don't see how anything else could be better than that.
