Technology is not always a good thing.

One example is with the children.
In the old days, children used to play outside with their friends.
Now majority of them are just staring at their iPads.

I think it made everyone lazy and technology dependent. It also made people unsociable in a sense where they don't socialize physically. Communications were made thru social media.

You noticed very well that today thanks to social networks and high technologies, Following the example of smartphones and computers, people began to communicate more and more than they did 20 years ago. This is a very good influence on today's social environment. But there are also negative moments from this, Because people communicate with social networks, get used to online conversations, and not Talk into the live.

Technology does not have a negative impact on its users. But the users themselves who make it so negative impact. His example, a parent who is negligent to his or her child who is using technology causes his child to visit pornographic websites and other violent videos.

Technology has a built in good and bad effects in collaboration to its usage ,It is not always a parents consent because accept it or not Technology is a part of our new modern days and it will be more technologies that will be suppose to created .Day by day there are new inventions not only in technology but also in drugs and medicines .So we canno't blame the parents.

Yes technology is always updating and there were new inventions almost everyday.  We cannot deny the big help or influence of our parents because in the first place who are the capable of buying these new inventions?  It is our parents right.  They are the one who have the ability to give their children gadgets so we can partly blame them.  Actually can blame them.  

I think its not right to blame them because in the first place when we are in the right age and knows what is right or wrong we can make it correct , Our parents only peovide what is our needs and we have nothing to do because technolgy is present and we can't stop it .But we can prevent it on our own decisions.

Really, technology has nothing to do with 'HUMAN ERROR'. Since 'TECHNOLOGY' is just a mere tool to make our lives easier. Its not its fault, it is who who uses it that gets it wrong. That is the most and proper logical explanation about this.

I agree with others. Laziness is the most negative effect of the technology nowadays. Yes it's helpful but it makes people become lazy. They depend on the technology now.

I see very few negative effects of technology. Technology improves our lives first by making things easier for us, some of the technology keeps us also entertained by doing what we like in a beautiful way. Negative aspects of technology are that it radiates bad waves for health for example from a 2 or 3 antenna wireless router or modem. Also it makes us less sociable and if we stay a lot of time online we have difficulties to socialize in an offline world.
Overall good effects are more than bad ones in technology so I am very pro it.

The only negative effect from technology that I could think of is the lack of social interaction nowadays. Earlier, the people used to interact a lot with each other. Nowadays, they are busy in FaceBook / WhatsApp or playing computer games.

Im agree with you. One, is the lack of social interaction but in relation to social networks, I think there is another important problem that are the craving to appear and the need to be accepted socially.

I see negative effects of technology through children nowadays but it also depends on the parents who brought up their children, you as a parent are the authoritarian of the family so it is entirely up to you on how to deal with technology in the household. I have a daughter and I only let her use gadgets including her cellular phone during weekends but if it is a school day it is a no-no to use any gadgets or even watching TV.

I saw one time on tv news that 2 children have seizures, i think doctors call them epilepsy. but as observed by their parents, their child used to wake up in the morning at 7-8 am without eating breakfast first but playing with their Ipads and sleeps at 2 in the morning. can you believe that? Children nowadays  enjoys their childhood playing and using only technologies, native games was out of place without them knowing its more than good to play with it and they got to enhance their skills actively unlike sitting on a chair and damages their eyes with Ipads.

it is a poor thing for children nowadays because they are missing outdoor games which are so fun to play. Regarding with this, children will improve their p in skills and creativity actively. Although danger is outside parents should keep in their mind that it could be avoided. 2 to 3 hours is not bad at all playing under the sun i guess, but i am not saying 3 hours straight.

It made the society lazy and unsociable. Though technology really connected us to people around the world, it disconnected us to people who are just nearby. Replacing human labor has some advantages and disadvantages. We know that humans tend to relax and be inconsistent with work resulting in inefficient outcomes (depending on what type of company or manufacturing). If it's a robot, it won't be emotional and it would be automated, that would be an easy way to monitor, you just need to maintain it.

when a boy starring at phone time by times, he has fallen to a journey into that negative and positive things. his eyes are officialy getting worse, he begin to find some sh*t things about internet, he stars to forget about outside playground. but in same time, he learns so much about knowledge from internet, having some best teachers from the creative education content from internet, perhaps he will find his new skills.

for me the negative effect of technology for  people is to become lazy every each day using the new invention. technology is the one who do what people do when that invention is exist, every people not only children affect for every technology existing in the present and how about to the future we know that technology is every fast evolution. what happen if that technology is the one who do for every simple work for people, maybe it affects our health for not working in simple one and also to children they growing up lazy.

I mean to point of student nowadays are not anymore fan of reading books.
