The impact of technology on our life can be devastating if we don’t keep ourselves in check. There a lot of drawbacks:
- Lack of contact with other people: We isolate ourselves by staying 51664895 hours in front of our screen, listening to our iPods or staring at the screen of our Iphone even when we are around other people.
- Poor Sleep Habits: We get sucked into online activities that keep us up too late
- Constant Distraction: When we are focused on a device instead of what’s going on around us we miss a great deal. Think of the number of times you have been texting or talking to a friend and missed the opportunity to flirt with the hot guy standing beside you xD.
- Addiction: People nowadays are addicted to the technology.

I agree with you. Technology have a good and negative effect in all people in this world. Good effect is it help us in our daily life like it help to finish our work faster. However, technology also have a negative effect. The negative effect is I can affect the social abilities of children and many people are getting addict in using gadgets and social media. This is one of the negative effects of the modern technology. Technology is there since this Earth was created, so the modern technology today with gadgets, laptops, computer, smartphones will give us stress if we will allow those things to bring us and abuse ourselves.

Children becomes lazy. They aren't physically fit because they don't play outdoor games which requires physical, mental, and emotional skills. They become introvert and doesn't know how to communicate to other or socialize to other. They ain't experiencing the true happiness of playing with your friends outdoor and lastly they become a low resistance person.
