Hey there,
I have a problem, I used 0.15 btc to mine neoscrypt coin GBX, of course I set the password c=GBX, yet I received nothing, as far as I see, coins were mined as GBX and then auto exchanged to bunch of other coins, and I dont know where they are paid, or what happened in general?

This is explained in the pool frontpage:

Non-BTC payouts depend on that coin being mined as your BTC balance is traded internally by our system to your currency of choice. If we have not or are not mining that currency your payouts will be delayed until the pool has mined the blocks for you to get paid.

If you notice in the pools status that the currency is red, it means there is not sufficient amount of the currency to pay miner(s). It's recommended to use BTC as any other coin could be removed at anytime and payouts will not occur.

Addresses that are older than 6 months without any mining are considered inactive. Inactive accounts are purged after 6 months and any remaining balances are forfeited.

If a coin is NOT listed on the pool (except BTC) and you still choose to mine with that address, you risk not getting any payments.
BTC is the only guaranteed payout currency.

GBX IS MINED on zpool.
I'd be perfectly fine with waiting until GBX block is found by miners on the pool (even if it takes days),
but I AM NOT FINE with my mining proceeds being auto exchanged to coins I didn't specify in the "password" field.

What can be done to fix this?

Pls check the zpool interface, I got paid just 25 gbx, that is a payment for a very short mining period (my second attempt), yet the first mining period isn't paid.
I should at least 100 gbx for that, if not more. Anyways, I contacted the admin, so we'll see what happens.

Let it go, if you want to mine GBX use the official pool, no need to worry about exchanges and what not + lower fee ( 0.5% vs 2%)

You have the wrong end of the stick...

the pool does NOT 'auto exchange mining proceeds to coins I didn't specify in the "password" field'

as it says on the FAQ - you mine an ALGORITHM, the pool picks the 'best' coins to mine in that algo. These appear in the web interface, these coins are then EXCHANGED (internally for non-BTC / via an Exchange for BTC) to the coin YOU specify in the PASSWORD field with c=COINID.  Your USERNAME shoudl be a CORRECT wallet address for whatever coin you specify in the password.

If you pick a non-BTC coin then the pool can only pay you if that coin is mined, if the coin is not the 'best' coin it WILL NOT be mined so you won't get paid.

TL:DR If you want to MINE a SPECIFIC coin you are on the wrong pool, if you want to get PAID in a specific (non BTC) coin then you take the risk that you may not get paid quickly or at all if the pool doesn't mine the coin.

Ok let me say that would be nice that me and all the others who mined LUX in 2 week without being paid, would receive what mined. I repeat, the other pools pay at 0,05. To make 1 LUX is a week with a 1080, so a lot of energy spent.
who is keeping what we mined?

Blame the miners that mine other algos with LUX as a payout. They create the shortage. Pool usually pays when it finally catches up. You might even get half pay if the pool gets enough to pay out to all the miners owed...i.e. half you balance first...

Seems like INN and GBX mining is resumed, but the balance from temporary break is still missing. I don't get it...

Okay, I came to zpool to try it, but I have never experienced something like this on any other pool/service so far. I get it they have problems with Cryptopia (I had my own several times), but as soon as the mining and exchanging of affected coins is resumed the balance from temporary break should be credited to miners. It is stealing otherwise... Definitely not the best experience so I won't be pointing any more hashpower towards the zpool, just mining the minimum payout with this "test" batch and I am out of here

Cryptopia has been disabled, too many issues right now with them and more and more deposits not showing up. This means LUX(phi), BTX(bitcore), XRE(x11evo), BERN(x14) & blakecoin are all 0 value right now. Please switch to mining something else in the meantime.
All coins found only on cryptopia will show a 0.00000 value until the issues have been resolved.

Can someone explain me, why neoscrypt profit is so low? For 1080ti it's around 0.0025 BTC. For direct GBX it's around 0.005 BTC. Twice lower on zpool neoscrypt. Can i somehow mine only GBX or Vivo on zpool?
