How do you manage ur emotions?

In trading, i do many time one mistake and that is, I always buy that coins in medium price and when i bought them, than suddenly the next day i saw price more down, and in that time i seriously panic and than sold them in a low price. Now i think may be i am not made for trading and also not for gambling.

I strongly agree to that and actually getting carried away by our emotions is a part of being human and you can't permanently

remove that. Yeah you manage to control your emotions on a certain things but some situation will come when you won't be able

to. So how can they control it? I think it is because of their experience, Their past mistakes. In trading, almost all situations comes

a lot so if you made a mistake you will always have a chance to not make if you continue trading.

The problem with me is that I do panic selling, whenever I see that the price goes up even for just a small amount I do sell it even for a small profit, I don't trust the market that the price can still increase more that what is current. After selling then I found out that the price is much higher, then, I just scratch my head while shaking it.

Then you just need to become a little less sensitive to the movements of the market you can do this by setting a margin of money you want to earn with each trade supposing the price is 900 then you could set your earning margin at 10% so you only sell when the price hits 990.

Regarding on gambling i could really say that its really hard to overcome specially when gambling losses pushes you to the limit on which the time came that you cant handle anymore.Emotions does really affect our mind and next onto our actions but thinking of no matter how calm you are and you are playing gambling you will still lose there no escape.Trading is more way better than gambling since you could able to learn the stuffs needed to have profitable trades.

Managing emotion is a big problem especially when you are still lack of experience, you need to understand the market well, for me the most important is the updated news and quick analysis, and when you got enough experience you will know when to sell and when to hold

I totally agree with you. It is not very easy to control your mind and your body if you do not have experience in this job. The more your train, the easier you can control them. Learning and studying are the keys leading you to succeed in trading and it will help you to govern your emotions. And if you are a master in controlling feelings, I bet that you will also become an experts in trading, too

I don't succumb to my emotions. I just try my best to stay cool and don't follow my emotions. Especially when the coins are dumping or pumping. That would be a problem if you follow them and you wll for sure lose money. Especially when you see it dumping, then you follow the dump.

Don’t worry if you don’t have what it takes to become a professional trader then if you still want to get some profits out of trading is to simply buy some bitcoin and forget about it for some months if it gained value great see what you can do to maximize your earnings if it has not gained value then keep on waiting.

yes currently holding bitcoin can also work and can give you good profit. because the price of bitcoin is once again very near to cross 1000 USD level i think we can expect that even today it is going to cross the psychological barrier and after that bitcoin is not going to stop and will again cross 1150 USD level in next 4 to 5 days. therefore i think still holding bitcoin for some more time will be more profitable.

I just think of it like game. For example, I used to play a lot Age of Empires and Age of Mythology and stuff like that and I would hate having to collect resources, construct buildings, train my army to get wrecked very fast. But at the end it was just a game so I redefine my strategy and kept playing because its fun. Well I like to take the same approach trading. I like to know that they are just numbers in my screen not actual money because then if I think is money I get emotionally attach to it. If I think is just a game, its more fun Doesn't mean that I don't take my risk and reward strategy seriously tho.

Emotion management is very important to traders, we have more accurate prediction and judgement if we are in good emotions, such as pleasant, happy is beneficial for our trading. Bad emotion like fear, coward makes us do wrong judgement, in the end we lose money.
