Controlling​emotions while you're into trading process is quite simple. You need to make two plans before making a trade, so if this doesn't give the profit as calculated try to execute the alternate plan to reduce the losing percentage which is the best way than getting emotional control loss and losing big.

It's not that quite simple, there are people that are struggling in controlling their emotions because they really can't do something about it. What can I think about it is that you can have a bad day when you can't manage your emotion. The best thing to do is always have some drinks on your side, and just always take a cup when you think your emotion will startle.

The fact that many gamblers doesn't have plan when it comes to their moves but with trading sometimes it is planned and sometimes is not. When it comes to the times that they are seeing the people to do panic selling most of the traders are feeling bad upon seeing the price of bitcoin falling. your right sir trading with emotion causes loses,  I loss my bitcoin before because of my emotion that bitcoin is huge dumping and I panic sell, I feel bad when bitcoin is pumping again. but now bitcoin is dumping I'm controlling my emotion because I believe the bitcoin will pumping again.

but some time it become very difficult to manage our emotions in a good way. even the most experienced people lost control over their emotion. for example in cricket matches some time we see that when a very much experienced player like Khol and Shahid Afridi, some time when they hit a six, they just become emotional and then they try to hit six for every ball which they really do not need at that time but they cannot control their emotion and which bring a very bad result to them.

Not only in trading, we are suffering losses in life if we are negative in any aspect, one thing that I kept saying to my friends and family that to be positve and not to be afraid to take risks because no good thing will happen to your life if you are so negative and so afraid. When we are into trading emotionally, we could never make accurate decisions. Even our technical analysis will be supporting accurate price levels, we need to make few on the spot decisions in order to secure profits and to prevent losses.

In those cases we should react without emotionally affected. Controlling ones emotions while trading is very difficult, we are all wired differently, and your tendency to panic is tied to how attached you are to your funds.

The best way to go about things is to avoid trading in situations that make you panic. Find discipline at all cost. Set up a stop loss, So that if you lose a certain amount, you stop for the day, week, month.

Trade using very small stakes, 1 - 5 percent of your bank is enough. Reduce your staking accordingly if you are on a losing run. Chasing lost funds will only result in losing more.

i think some time emotion can also play important role in our life, but if you do not have control over your emotions then it is something more risky, because you need to have full control over your emotion specially in trading and gambling. in gambling most of the people lose their money because they cannot control their emotion, when they win a bet they become emotional and try to bet again and again so as to get favourable result for every time but in fact it is not such an easy job to become successful for every time, and that is the reason that they even lose their own money in gambling.
