I've experience it when I trade Energy coin and now I can see this coin has increase more than before

While trading sometimes I drop back from my original plan. Such emotional decisions often bring loss cuz I tend to change orders on panic or when I mistakenly expect more potential income. How do you deal with that if you feel the same way?

I always have a profit/ loss limitation, everytime my profit/ loss hit the limitation, I will sell immediately to cover my balance. By that way, I can make sure that my balance is still having enough money for trading.

That is a good advice to make a sell position immediately right after you buy some altcoins - this way, everything seems to happen automatically. It is more better to logout after doing that and just relogin few hours or  1 day after.

Your discipline will tell that how much control you will get on your emotions. are you fickle minded guy then it is hard to control your emotions in any situation. Energy coin has given you the profit again but it often not happens with all the coins if someone have invested in altcoin and it go to die then it really make the investor to cry. I will say that it is better to invest in bitcoin mostly because it give much high profit than any other asset.

Simple I buy into only projects I like. I stay away from shitcoins. They are not worth the headache

Why is there a stop loss ,the simple reason is fear,whether the price would go down and if so you do not want to see your asset value going down 
It is really hard to trade in a bear market but in the real stock exchange i usually invest when there is a major correction rather than investing in a bull market.

Having heard of that coin until now, I actually do trade coins which has low volume but I am surprise how it grows significantly this year.
From less than 1000 sats to 5,000 sats, I think that brings big money for those who were able to buy at less that 1000 sats.

Emotion is a real hindrance when it comes to trading. 
Just a little flow downside then it is panic time. But it might also end up as a good decision for a few times.
So how do I manage it?
The real answer would be no to look too much with the statistics. Just let it be. Forget you have funds there for a couple of days then maybe check after that or 3 days after.
That is what I do for now and keeping myself busy with other work that needs to be done.

The risk of losing is always present and your exposure will increase if you cannot manage your emotion. Trading is like a game where you are required to have a strategy and in order to succeed you have to effectively execute your strategy, of course you can always improve your skills if you learn from the past and correct your mistakes immediately.

Strategy like arbitration really has a risk such as long confirmation and price crash while you send the transaction. I'd rather to read the update on forum about update of certain altcoins and make a goal about how much profit I would like to earn than wait until sell on the highest price.
