The cool brain is so needed for trading strategy. Also, it is necessary to place stops and don't deposit all money on one coin.

It is easy to be carried away and sell at a lost if you are too emotional in trading - being cool is one of the criteria and it would also help to not always watch at the chart - just logout and take a deep breath and enjoy walking around. Just login at least once every 3 hours and lastly, follow your trading strategy and you will be fine
Not definitely being cool then you can do two things to take the opportunity to buy more altcoins when it was in the lowest price or walk aorund like you said, do something don't monitor your trades just it.

Greetings!

While trading sometimes I drop back from my original plan. Such emotional decisions often bring loss cuz I tend to change orders on panic or when I mistakenly expect more potential income. How do you deal with that if you feel the same way?

I think it is reasonable to happen if we're still newbies in trading, and don't worry because this is an experience that will train us to be great.

Try to follow your own strategy and don't panic if something happens does not fit we expect.
yeah panic is one emotional reason why we always fail in trading.because our panicking moment delivers us to easily surrender cause to just sell our coins even when it does even reaches our target amount.so we must be brave and vigilant if we really want to be successful in this profiteering

I've experienced things like that, it's very difficult to control our emotions, especially now Bitcoin prices are unstable, but you must be confident in whatever decision you choose is best for you.

In a digital world where everything is becoming automated by machines and where even the currency has become digital, trust and belief in the people behind the technology is what drives the perceived value.

by machines? Grin I don't think that digital currency is linked to a machines so far, maybe more precisely is a sophisticated computer device and is influenced by demand and supply factors.

Well, if with emotion.. it's depends on the personality of our self I guess, it's good I think we should be able to balance with an occasional entertainment / a little vacation at a certain time.

You are right I agree your opinion, we must bear first though the price down do not lure emotions, anything that is in live with our emotions will get a loss or will not be achieved what we expect.

Often I see many traders, majority of them are newbies blurting out their emotions upon learning that their coins lost some value or lost some big amount of money in trading and other gave in to panic selling in order to cut their losses. Emotions is really one of the hardest things to control and can drive you to make mistakes in trading. The first thing to avoid is being greedy and the other is fear. Always remind yourself that trading is risky and you should have a well-crafted trading plans before going to trade.

I keep my emotions in order not to lose from trading, for me trading is only a side job, so I only a few times to monitor the market, usually I trade in the long term, my trading diam I only experienced a slight loss

Happens to me exactly the same. Nearly all the time that I don't respect my original plan I lose, most of the times I stick to it I gain. Even yesterday during the general dump I have deleted some buy orders I had to buy dips because of fear dump would continue - WRONG CHOICE! I would have made a lot of money had I kept them.

Emotions are the big enemies of trading. If you can not avoid emotions, then the result is just loss.

I believe that only through the years can you gain enough emotional strength to deal with emotions, because when you are just starting out in this market there are too many false expectations that lead us to make risky and absurd decisions in pursuit of quick and easy gain, but only through concurrent losses we learn to be guided by reason and not by emotions.

Well i always risk my balance getting a good profit when i'm trading. I don't trade with emotion because i might get lose. If i feel that i lost a trade i just forget it and don't think about it because i will feel just bad.

Why you tend to change your orders in panic mode? I have experienced before when the market starts to shaken and what I did is I sold everything I had. I didn't listened to anyone that's saying "just hold" because I thought the price will never recover. And now I don't have some strategy or something to manage my emotions. What I do is just don't look at the price when it's too low and stick with what plan you had set like holding for long term.

we should have more patience, and should know that this kind of thing is a sure risk we will face, we must realize that the work we do is a business that brings benefits and losses, I think this way can regulate emotions.

To rely on extraordinary emotions I usually sell some coins to move to another altcoin that has a fast price movement so there is still a chance to make a profit every time and emotions can disappear by itself after I can make money.
