MANDATORY UPGRADE! HARD-FORK AT BLOCK 29000PascalLite Version 1.4.6 releasedAdded: Socks5 support - Now you can use PascalLite through TOR network Changed: difficulty Changed: UI minor changes Refactoring: useless code dropped Refactoring: warnings Fixed: networking, connections statistic There will be a hard-fork at block 29000 approx on ~ Saturday April 22nd 2017. So its very important that you upgrade as soon as possible to PascalLite 1.4.6 to avoid a chain split.

Does it mean that the inflation will decrease? If so, by how much exactly?

Does it mean that the inflation will decrease? If so, by how much exactly? It will be more stabilized at 288 blocks per day. 5 Minutes per block.

We can see the target adjustment from block to block on previous wallet but most of us do not really understand how the difficulty work. There were long blocks and short-spaced blocks that are sometimes quite annoying. It happens when a huge hash is thrown when difficulty is low then leave when difficulty goes high leaving the network to find the next blocks in a very long time. Hope this difficulty re-targeting adjust the target accordingly to the hash thrown making it less susceptible to large hash abuse. Great work to the devs. This for sure took a long time to test and finalize. I can confidently say PascalLite is in good hands.

Funny thing is PASL is still valued at $50k cap now, when other coins with not much value have been pumped to a few mil. The only things missing here so far are: whitepaper, long-term road map, bigger exchange and marketing. But I'm sure they will come, solid development is the pillar.

Ok so Crytopia, Suprnova Pool, Fairpool are all upgraded to 1.4.6 along with almost all nodes. So we are ready for the hard-fork.
About 1.5 days away.

Wishing best. Smooth hard fork would be perfect for us. If passed, next further step makes real.

They aren't created automatically. They are created if you mine a block of coins. You can also buy one. Or you can have someone transfer one to you. You'll need to buy one. http://accounts.pascallite.comOr mine a block or use a pool like http://pasl.fairpool.xyz and mine 12.5 pasl then they'll send you a free account. Or post your public key here and someone might send you a free account.

Block time needs to be reduced to 15 seconds to make the process of forging more entertaining. What's good in waiting for another 5 minutes before a new block is found? 15 seconds is enough to keep the network secured and to shut those advocating for 1 min blocks. This needs to be tuned up and a consensus needs to be found.
