I don't know about whether PASC is working on a crowdfunding but they easily could be as many people misunderstand what the criteria for listing is.

There is not much movement in most altcoins right now. Take a look at BTC and you will see where the money is! Coinbase alone 13899 BTC in the past 24 hrs.
If BTC does hit 4k, it will eventually rain down on the altworld!
You want to feel bad for a coin, take a look at Bitcoin Cash.

Yep, project is not abandoned.
We are working and discussing what could be done next.

But i want to notice that questions about development are a bit unfair from my point of view.
If the code works fine, there is nothing to develop. For example, I can't fix the same bugs multiple times over and over.

That is why i said about discussing and planning the future. It takes the most time at the moment.

Also if you have some ideas you think the project is missing, feel free to suggest them.

Suggestions:

1.  Remove Suprnova from the list of pools.  People new to the coin may look at the 0 mh/s pool and assume the coin is dead.  Everyone mines solo or on Fairpool.

2.  Change the name from Pascal Lite to something better.  Thing about what it is you want to do differently than PASC and name the coin after that.

3.  We need to get listed on Bittrex.

Would you guys consider switching from POW to POS and implementing masternodes?

Potentially also reducing the inflation rate and perhaps adding the coin to other small exchanges such as coinexchange.io or bitgrail?
