Is the $20/order fee charged once per user per batch, or once per post/PM/payment for more chips?
i.e., I made an order for 50 chips, and now this one for 10.  Do I owe you $20, or $40 for the $20/order fee?

Unless someone splits his purchase of 1000 chips in 100 orders of 10 (causing me PITA account work), I am charging the fee once per shipment, which usually would be once per user. So if you have 3 orders in one batch, I will ship them in one package (unless you explicitly ask for part of it being shipped to you and another part to a manufacturer, that's twice the fee).

If users ordered from different batches (and assuming they arrive at my location at different dates), I'll offer to either send them in multiple packages (includes multiple fees), or to wait until all ordered chips are ready for shipment at once.


But let us not yet start discussing about shipment at all, since it is 9-10 weeks away. I'll announce details early enough, at the same time every buyer has enough time to follow the development work of the active designers and decide whom to select as manufacturer. No need to state today where to send the chips.
